  The game is not bad but I expected much more after 3 years of development. It is very, very repetitive. Even the main song starts over and over everytime you change a menu. Since the game was paid before its release, I don´t understand why Faerin didn´t buy a couple of music licences. The game start was wonderful but then... Where is the story? You do your stuf for hours and hours and your reward is so so adult content. Man of The House was much funnier. Characters have very weak development arc, almost plain. There is too much useless text. Main rule of storytelling: Show, don´t tell. Reward for doing absolutely everything 100% after 25 hours of my life spent, a so so adult scene. It is much better a shorter game but with much more concentrated fun. It seems that the idea was good but somebody was too lazy for doing it well. The autoplanning tool that claims that it was very, very hard to program... Is useless. 75% of time is planning the day, changing the items in inventory and hearing a repetitive music that I finally had to change by my own music. Game is optimized, except the splashscreen that os shown at more than 4000 FPS. There is no character engagement, I just can care about them. Whatever I do I will always get the same result soon or later. All the mechanics are replicable in Renpy and the development would be much faster than in Unity. Anyway, since I know how much effort it took and maybe I´m idiot, I will buy the next game and hope that it will be much better.

  I was pleasantly surprised by this as a female gamer. This was clearly designed by a certain demographic geared towards a similar one. However, Even as someone not in your target audience I have some suggestions. Suggestions that would make it even better for your target audience. 1. Julie's arms are not proportionate to her body frame. They don't look like they belong to her. Even with her body type, they would not be that sickly thin. 2. Customization for your character. Add a closet to change clothes. That's as simple as adding buttons into the interface during times when you can save. Having more hair options; color, cut and style would be nice. 3. The teeth are okay, some better than others but their smiles are horrid. They are grimaces at best. 4. There should be more hotel guests. At least 20 with more interactions with them. 5. There should be more diversity. There's an okay amount, but having some African American, German, etc guests and staff would be nice. I was surprised that were no dark skinned women on staff. Or thicker women....I mean around the waist, arms and calves. Big women are hot too. ;) 6. Not all vaginas are pink. *clears throat* Some darker fleshy tones would make it even more realistic. Same with the rear ends, ya'll. I'm bi and had my fair share of women and I've only ever met ONE with bubble gum colored lady bits. ;) That's just the base stuff that should be fixed. Here are some extra ideas. 1. Adding more guest rooms overall-even tagging/starring certain rooms for certain guests...like higher paying ones. 2. Adding more amenities. A drink machine option in the options for guest satisfaction. Extra towels and such. 3. Adding more card slots once you've completed other time/option locked events. 4. Hair options for the staff as they advance; ponytails, braids, hair behind the ears or hanging more in their face, etc. 5. Options to actually change the visual aspects of the inside. Wall paint, decor and such. The extras would help fill on those long gaps of clicking and clicking and flesh out the game in a more interactive and life like way. All in all, it's great by itself. But it could be WAY better. And I would have paid MORE for it. Thanks to the devs. I look forward to more content.

  It couldn't be more repetitive. It's incredibly dull. You can hardly do anything. I gave it a chance and played for 7 hours. It has the feeling of a smartphone game. The only thing I have seen so far is a girl's cleavage. The Adult Theme has been completely missed. This is just a grinding management game. It has nothing to keep you attached, no exciting scenes, no good dialog, and no skin to be seen anywhere.

  This is one of the best games with sexual content. Why? Well here's a few points: - There's some actual game play here (tasks to perform, things to be found/earned and choices to be made) as you manage the running of a hotel. - The graphics are good, The environments, menus and girls looks great - There's a back ground story to the day to day tasks - The erotic content builds up (slowly the game becomes more and more erotic, with increasingly explicit scenes) - Not all the girls have ridiculusly large breasts (which is a plus). - You're (mostly) rewarded by being a nice guy. Bad stuff? Well there's some grinding involved. Tedious for some but it's not worse than any other strategic game but the rewards are better. ;-)

  It's a long hard slog, a complete rigmarole of click, click, click for hours and NO ADULT CONTENT! After four hours I have lost the will to live already! If your all about micro-management with next to no reward then knock your self out! Myst-Leading Manor sucks huge salty ones! Depending on how much of a perv you are there is no starter hook, literally none! It's like waiting for the plot to drop or something sexy happening just to keep some level of interest, Alas after four hours I have only seen half a nipple. Don't believe the hype, just like your government it's over priced and over rated and boring as hell. Seriously don't waist your life on Mystwood manor, unless your all about plot, in that case don't get your hopes up... It's just mass produced money grabbing garbage, followed by a brainwashed mob who wouldn't know a good AVN if it swung from their G-Spot. Needless to say it's hugely disappointing considering previous releases... safe to say the developers have lost my support.

  Synopsis

  Mystwood Manor is a Unity based hotel management / visual novel game.

  Story

  Your father, Anthony, is a renowned hotel manager who has wanted to run his own hotel one day. That day has come and a friend of his, Richard, in the business informs your father that Mystwood Manor is available and helps him buy it. You move to Mystwood Manor with your father, his girlfriend (Julia), you childhood friend (Amber). Amber is staying with your father as her parents moved to Europe and this way she could finish school. That was a year ago and she's still living with you. Shortly after you arrive and have fixed up Mystwood Manor to start running it as a hotel your father is involved in a fatal car accident. Mystwood was your father's dream and Julia doesn't want to sell it. Julia convinces you to run it.

  Gameplay

  There are two ways to play the game, Normal and Story Mode. Normal is how the game was designed to be played. Story Mode is less hotel management and more story. After selecting your game mode you are given the option to view the introduction story. After that, you are prompted to pick your name. This is where things get interesting. You cannot play two games with the same name as that is how the save files are stored. You will need to delete, or rename, the directory with the name you want to use. I found this out the hard way when I didn't have the money to pay my employees as I had spent most of it on renovations. Browse the Local Files and delete, or rename the name folder in the Profile folder. If you've ever played a Unity visual novel you will know they are a grind, this game is no different. Each woman, and the hotel, has five levels. Things don't start getting NSFW until about the third level of each. As you level up each woman her uniform gets shorter and has less material. I played 218 days before I finished. You can do it in a lot less, but not with all of the achievements. Collecting all of the tarot cards is closely related to how many people you successfully check out. I played conservatively with only three rooms, out of five possible, to have more successful interactions. There are a lot of things to do and some things you can do with other things, and some you cannot. So, you can interact with your employees or keep your guests satisfied, later in the game you cannot do both at the same time. To progress the women they all have a number of "events" you will need to complete. These are usually the woman has to be doing X at Y time of day. There are four turn phases, morning, afternoon, evening, and night. Night is the least busy phase as you do not have to deal with guests. Guests also have progressions that you will need to manage. They work similarly to staff, and aren't as difficult to manage until later in the game when multiple guests must be at the hotel at the same time.

  The Gallery

  Each woman has her own Gallery in the staff pages. Additionally you can view the progress scenes again on the progress tab and they play through just as they did in the game. There are also three night scenes per woman that you can view at night.

  Final Verdict

  The story, artwork, and game are exceptional, except later in the game when it is just a grind. You can fast forward using the skip function or holding down CTRL.

  Even though I'm recommending it, I'm also warning that it takes a very long time before "the good stuff" starts happening. Mind you, the main reason is the hotel management part of the game, which is nice but also very grindy and all "the good stuff" is linked to you progress there. However, there is a just story mode, which I haven't tried out but should speed up things a lot, for those who really don't care about gameplay at all. Also, "the good stuff" is about 83% foreplay. I understand and approve of having some build up but this is way too much and not enough payoff. Art-wise, it's decent, there are some things I could critique but my only real gripe is that the face expressions are often quite badly exaggerated, which it's sadly a common thing among Daz Studio users. Having said all that, overall I think it's clear a lot of love and effort went into making this game and it's an enjoyable experience if you do like gameplay in your adult GAMES, just don't play the normal mode if you only want a "quick fix".

  With a 5-star hotel and the dress code as it is, why am I still stuck wearing this fucking necktie? The game is a lot of fun, until it isn't. The grind is real in this one. Fortunately, the developer added some easy to access cheat codes to help you get past it. You can also save scum a little to reroll some of the event results. I wish the h scenes were more evenly distributed throughout the entire playthrough, and not just crammed all at the end. In the beginning, there is some very erotic edging going on with the first couple of characters, and then the grind steps in the fucking way, and you lose interest. It would have helped if there were early story h scene content to keep the interest going. So expect some very erotic edging in the beginning, followed by a lot of dull grinding from that point on, and then to get bombarded by h scene content at the very end.

  Game is shit. Honestly I was expecting a huge improvement from Man of the house. but its literally a dropoff. All you do is hit control, left click. control left click. and the only thing you unlock is the same rendors over and over. and then. ** the game is bugged out cuz all the hotel patrons dont level up like theyre supposed to. REALLY DISSAPPOINTED in this. dont waste your $20. srsly. Like. he added this stupid scroll bar to speed up a repeating animation, and thinks its cool. lol. I'm telling you... i was waiting for this game too, but its complete dogshit. just saying. ** edit. So, i checked what the developer said and you can change the patron level acceptance. but it doesnt let you do this all the time. I have to play it again and see whats up. and for what i said about the rendering the same thing over and over, what i meant was. you literally unlock the same scene with a different girl. its pretty underwhelming. no offense to the developer, Im sure he/she put a lot of time into this. But honestly, i was hoping for a better experience.
