  It's a good expansion with new features and new homes. If you like the original, more choice isn't bad But... - Engine is showing age, game is looking quite barren and plain - New features are nice, but gimmicks that only work in the new properties - Does not play well with other expansions, no ability to do the garden on these properties - I don't care about the characters, I never have. I want to remodel houses, not read backstory. It is skippable though Maybe wait for a sale

  Really pleased with this DLC. Can't wait until I am done with the orders so that I can start buying the places for myself :D Pros: * A good amount of hours for the price, and you can buy the apartments/houses after you have finished a job. * You can purchase the items needed directly from the task menu without having to use the store. * A lot of new, useful items added, that looks good and brings on inspiration. * Renovation mini game. * Fun and quirky characters presented with nice graphics, voiced intros. * I'm on a boat! * The choices are more fun than in the HGTV, the inspiration bits are nice! Cons/Suggestions for improvement: * Can't seem to combine with the Garden DLC when decorating. * With so many new items added, the store has grown even more, and it is really clunky to find what you need/sort/look through the menus these days. Better filtering options please, especially since many items now consist of 6+ words which makes searching by typing the name a chore.. * Cannot place furniture on the balconies when renovating. * Sometimes you are given so many items to place that the only option is to have it look really cramped/ugly. * Would still have liked more freestyle decorating within a budget, I was never really a fan of "place 3 of these and 2 of these", the freedom to decorate my way is the most fun about this game! * Most walk-in-closets are too tiny to really be viable, breaking immersion.

  I thought about recommending it but after rethinking about everything I disliked I feel like it was worse than better! I mean its kinda good its just more stuff to house flipper with new mobilia and new things to do that honestly add nothing to the gameplay. It looked good but it was very frustrating for me even tho I had my share of fun. - If characters are gonna be added and we have to follow what they want, which i enjoyed, thought was really fun, I would at least expect to see their reactions! I was so disappointed when I finished the first one and then there was nothing not even how many stars they would give so all of that for nothing? - Three of the houses had the same annoying bug where it said there was one trash on the floor but there was nothing!!! So the house wouldn't be at 100% done which sucks. - The repairing part is fun at first but then is the same thing over and over with a lack of options on how to change the mobilia - But the most disappointing thing for me was the last house such a big nice house I was so excited and then you just firnish like 3 rooms and break some walls? Like what? I thought it was leave the best for last such a huge house for nothing If you like House Flipper I would say go ahead and buy it but wait for a nice sale at least :/

  I have to say, I'm impressed. I expected to like Luxury, but for Garden to stay my favorite. However, that favoritism is now in question. As I rack more hours in, it would not surprise me at all if this becomes my new favorite. I will say, it does not feel like a completely new game like after Garden opens up yards, but the quality additions cannot be denied. Indoor pools, window options, stair options, new floors, new wall panels and paint, and many many new pieces of furniture, decor, and fixtures. I am really looking forward to it freshening up my regular flips. Plus, we have new jobs, probably my favorite part of the base game and DLCs. They are sectioned off on a map like HGTV, which works well since you get more sense of you clients' characters. They added voice acting to the clients now, and I am pleasantly surprised with how much I like it. Probably my largest critique is that the furniture restoration is not a particularly vital new mechanic, but I do enjoy it when there is an opportunity to use it. All in all, I definitely recommend. It pairs well with the base game and adds more than plenty for the price.

  I really enjoy House Flipper and interior design. I primarily decorate houses for my aesthetic pleasure and not for selling. Because of this, I am a frequent user of the House Flipper workshop, where you can find many new decorations that are not in the game. After reviewing all of the new items in this DLC, it is clear to me that many of the items were (at minimum) inspired by the workshop, if not directly copied. The most egregious example is the "pot shelf," which I originally downloaded from the workshop in July and is now in the game via House Flipper, as an almost exact copy. It is REALLY disappointing to see House Flipper ripping off small graphic designers' ideas. Overall, there are many new items that were much needed. The new kitchen islands, new bathroom accessories, and living walls look great. If you are interested in seeing me review these items at first reaction and point out many items that I believe are copied from the workshop, check out my VOD from 10/14 at TTV.StarDBD!   The mafia house and the three floor hostel building are glitched. There are invisible objects(?) that prompted the use of the sledgehammer yet cannot be removed. It makes cleaning and building impossible in those two buildings.

  It's a great addition to the game, but it's had a widely reported game breaking bug for nearly a month now, and I'm starting to wonder where the hotfix is? If you start a job from this pack and exit the game when it's 70 percent or more finished, you won't be able to reload it upon opening the game again. It's permanently stuck on a loading screen. It's the most widely reported bug on the forum. When will there be a fix? I'll fix my review at that time.

  Too much of this dlc revolves around using ridiculously specific pieces. It's so specific that you have to get the left or right version and color tone, otherwise it won't work. After 5 minutes of getting all the items that are required for a room, I started just searching by the long string of words in the name of a piece on the list. A good example of how specific it is would be the "Gustum hanging wide dark-colored cabinet". There's two versions of this one cabinet; one with wooden doors and one with glass doors. I grabbed the version with glass and it didn't work. There are also pastel, light-colored, and wooden versions. But you're not allowed to use those if your list says "dark-colored". The gameplay is probably not what most people are interested in. But if that's what you want out of it, it's not great. The 2nd unlocked job for the dlc gives you a grocery list of items for every room, up to 24 specific items per room. You also still have to use a specified paint and flooring. TLDR: It has nice new items, but the gameplay sucks if you want to choose how to decorate by yourself

  I like this dlc because you do rich people houses , boats and you do lot of stuff in the houses and you change lot of windows and you can buy after you the job

  Contains a game-breaking bug(s): In the "Forgotten Heritage" level, I couldnt mount the curtains in a room to the right from the stairs on the second floor. I exited the game, I decided to try again the next day but then I couldnt load back into the level and was infinitely stuck on the loading screen. I have reported this bug on the Steam Bugs Forum, no reply from the developers. I have sent a support ticket, my issue was forwarded to the "colleagues at Frozen District, who will definitely be able to help you solve the problem" and no reply. Someone in the comments, who apparently had another issue but was also stuck on the loading screen after exiting the level, suggested to speedrun the level to be able to finish it to 100% and that is what I did, completely ignoring what and where I place things. Can confirm that this works and that the bug is still there as I still couldnt mount some types of the curtains in that room and prior the restart tried once again to load back into the level. This level takes ages to complete and it was frustrating to start again and do such a messy job. I guess devs are busy fixing the broken Farm DLC they released not so long ago and now they are off fixing House Flipper 2 whenever it comes out. Buy this DLC only with at least 70% discount or more.
