  For those who are facing problems with full screen you can watch this video it helped me . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAojyBPCjs8 The game is nice , if you played Iron Triangle , the English version of this ,but with no Power Up kit you will be familiar with this one ,and you will not face any problems at all , you will memorize everything in a short time . This is my experience with the Power up kit so far . The AI has been improved , I didn't see any attacking ports stupidly , but I think you can use cheap tactics , like letting one of your castle empty ,so that the AI attack you and then come back with a massive army and destroy him .I really don't use like these kind of cheap tactics . Also the AI has been a tough challenge on hard difficulty , I restared the game twice until now .Although I am 100% understanding the game and I have beat the English version more than 20 times on hard difficulty . You can trade with western people in order to teach you some tech , also you can ally with bandits , ninja clan , merchants , and pirates , each have a special usefull thing when allying with them . Also you can change the amount of troops ,food ,money ,tech for you or the AI . And 3 new scenarios including battle of Sekighara scenario . I really like this game and I do recommend it of you are a fan of strategy games .

  First of all, if you don't speak Japanese or maybe Chinese, it's not a game for you b/c all the contents are in Japanese and can be understood as traditional Chinese characters, therefore it's not even friendly to Japanese learners who knows only kana. There is a English version of the same game available on Amazon or some other online store, but I don't know the quality of translation since I've not played that version. The best side of the game for me is its rich and interesting presentation of the history. Although that's not the main theme of the game, the short story in the personal view of a charater gives you the background and the personality of the historical figures, and the interactions between them. On the top of all these, you can shape the future of the country and the people all by your own hand. Its control is intuitive as a strategy game since almost all the command and options are made via a textual menu with explanations, as long as you can read the language. The battle is not so exciting in the later game because you should always have overwhelming troops with super powerful generals, but in the beginning of the game, the battle is thrilling, especially when you win your first siege. One negative feature is mentioned that the battle in the middle or late stage of the game is easy because your superiority against your enemies. Second, the build, develop, expansion loop of all strategy games is somewhat boring, you do all the same thing for all cities.

  this game can run in windows 10, just do a little extra work. First, press win + r, then enter regedit, open files by this way HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\KoeiTecmo\Nobunaga12PK\Configs. in the left side, find width and leagth bar. change the value to your current resolution. because the game is old, so it doesnt support high resolution. when the game runs, there should be a cg at the beginning, if you still can't see it, change the value of texture depth to 32, it might help. i successfully run this game in my new win 10 system, so the game definitely can run in win10. so don't worry about it. if you have any problem that i didnt list , just ask me i am happy to give some help. win10也是可以玩的，只是可能要麻烦一点点，先去开始菜单搜索cmd，然后输出regedit，然后依次打开HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\KoeiTecmo\Nobunaga12PK\Configs（可以直接复制到路径栏里），找到width项和length项，修改成你想要的分辨率就行，因为这游戏很老了，分辨率太高也不行，我朋友的1980*1080不能运行,对了，再说一句，还要先运行一遍，不然找不到注册表的，无论能不能正确运行都没有关系，只要运行一次就好，win10确定可以运行的，我重装完系统之后在全新的系统用我的办法成功了 ps刚刚发现还可以修改一下数值里面的texture depth从16到32我，然后就可以看CG了 如果依旧未成功，可以加我好友，我很乐意提供帮助

  Nobunaga 12 Kakushin IS my favorite Nobunaga game, even today! But I am giving it a DOWNVOTE! Stupid Koei thinks he can trick ppl by selling a 2005 game in 2015, with FULL price(at 2015 launch on steam)! Typical, so typical that you wonder why you would be suprised again! Plus, relaunching a 2005 game with no opitimization whatsoever. People are complaining about unable to boot the game, no localizations, no 1080p support, no nothing! Koei is like, what? Did you just say some thing? I understand you can get around to boot the game, to change the resolution by going to registery and modifying registry values and stuff, but cmon, it's your job, KOEI!

  I played this game on PS2 since in junior high school, thanks to Koei for bring this game into PC (Steam) Although the game in full Japanese, it won't stop me to play the game. This game and its series were among the underrated strategy game, for me Nobunaga Ambitions was like a hidden gems. I love the soundtrack and the overall game mechanics. Nobunaga Ambitions Iron Triangles/ Kakushin was the best in the series period.
