Complaints:

Complaints are dealt with through an integrated administrative system based on best practices and international specifications and handling citizens' complaints effectively and efficiently, by receiving, examining, directing all complaints and responding to them electronically according to the provisions of the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 314 of 2017, so that the citizen can register complaints and attach supporting documents before and during Follow-up and comment on it, and it can be used to improve performance at the level of all government agencies.
