  If this was a sim it would NO sense at all but it IS fun and very early in development. Let's put it this way in terms of silliness: 1. My 15" gun fell through the hull after taking a serious hit. Usually this is a cause for concern. 2. My Opponent lost the middle of their ship hull, generally this is a cause for concern but the superstructure held things together. 3. The enemy blasted my last boiler but was still dangling under the ship. Apparently it was working. 4. The aircraft are silly OP at the moment. The Bismark was sunk in 5 minutes. 5. The crew goes down blazing. Playing the Bismark, the ship broke in half but managed to get off a couple more shots from turret "Anton" (Bruno fell through the hull earlier) just as it was going under water. 6. A shell from 15" gun cannot sink a Fletcher class destroyer. I know the Fletcher's were great little ships but two hits amid ships should have made for Fletcher confetti :) On the serious though if you turn off your brain it's a fun little game. I am looking forward to what might come next. My budget though is tight so sadly I need to ask for a refund. Keeping this on my wishlist.

  it has potential but small irremovable limits on important parts make it extremely restricting not playable, definitely wait for updates Just add a true sandbox without limits or a way to remove/edit the limits and its going to be way better

  I really hate to not recommend this game but I feel like this is a type of game you should wishlist but wait for better updates to come out before buying. The concept is cool, but I don't feel like it was translated really well. As of writing this review the built-in workshop is not functioning, in some battles the opponent's ship randomly gets consumed into a blackhole and crashes your game, and some features feel very limiting. I may be bad at making ships, but the ship editor especially just feels so complicated if you wish to make a ship that has a decent appearance, and the default ships look fine but honestly just get boring. The gameplay was interesting at first for me, but it felt repetitive in some portions. After about thirty minutes of gameplay I got bored. Sometimes things just make absolutely no sense, like ramming a ship causes it to fold in so badly it can sometimes sink it instantly. Physics are absolutely non-existent and fire spreads like a California nature reserve. Overall the game feels more like a pre-alpha or simply a demo that should belong in a Wii kiosk at a Walmart. I understand that is an early access game, but it just feels so unpolished. I would say that the value of this game is a bit too much. I feel like $10 or even $5 is more fitting for the content you get. I would still recommend trying it out if it still peaks your interest, the worst that can happen is a refund if you don't end up liking it.

  this is game WOULD be good if: -there weren't as many game breaking bugs in game -there weren't as many game breaking bugs in the ship editor -the devs didn't basically give up on the game -torpedo bombers worked properly -you could delete ships you have made -there were mods -there weren't as many game breaking bugs EVERYWHERE in conclusion, it is not worth the money, there are to many bugs and the devs need to fix the game

  The game is amazing and has a lot of potential. I really like it tho its hard to make ships at the current time. We shall have more of those things to put on the outside so water wont flow in.. anyways the game is amazing and enjoyable. I find myself building small ships alot in my free time and then fight my own creations soon after. I recomand the game , its really great , even in early acces.

  Decent game however for the price you have to pay for what you get it is still to high. If the game were cheaper I would highly recommend it so if its on sale sure get it, it will probably get better with time, but in its current state it is not worth the price. Very fun when the game works, however 90% of the time the custom ship editor either is buggy, to hard to understand for new players due to a lack of instructions or the ship is "to powerful" for the campaign mode. what I would change to make it fit the price: -Add a actual campaign that you can use custom ships in I get it you don't want OP ships in a campaign if so than make it a cost based system so you can't start OP -fix bugs -create a tutorial so you aren't thrust into a random ai battle and have no idea how to shoot besides that the game is decent although pricey

  It's alright. I can see the potential in the game, let me say that. But the AI ships are much stronger than your ships, the physics are, well... not amazing, but even through all of that, I still like it. I will almost absolutely rebuy this once it reaches a later stage in development. As of now it feels more like a tech demo than an Alpha. There are obviously problems that i'm sure other players will tell the dev(s). The building is actually quite fun, although I feel that it's a little too complicated as of right now. If you delete a certain material, like the type of material that prevents water from coming in, you don't get it back. Again, there is LOTS of potential. I feel like the game does need a graphics update, currently you can SEE the pixels if you are zoomed in or out too much. It's actually pretty fun, even with all of the setbacks, another one being that the player's ship is significantly weaker than the enemy ships. Again, I do actually like it, but it's not exactly... how do I say it, playable in its current state.
