  Lakeview Cabin 2 though a good addition to the series lacks what I enjoyed from the Lakeview Cabin Collection, The puzzles are long and complicated and if you die it just feels like a huge drain to get all that progress back. The only one I really remotely enjoyed was the First Episode even that though felt like a drain to complete, Episode 2 is interesting with the 8 characters you can play as however your expected to keep them alive while having 3 basically invincible enemies chasing you. I personally don't like episode 3 very much at all, it changes the aesthetic drastically, showing you on a theater set I personally don't like this(But like I said its a personal preference) I don't hate the game and Ill still play seeing as it still only is in Early Access hence why I wont comment on any of the bugs, But I personally cant recommend this cause of how changeling it is and how unaccomplished I feel after completing an episode.

  Well done! Could be cool if my countryman would get his hands on some major IP's (aliens, the shining, the texas chainsaw massacre...) to produce more horror games, or maybe some with more mystery-adventure-oriented angles (indiana jones, judge dredd, beverly hills cop...), as this would make his work more widely appreciated. I believe that these could become instant classics!

  This game is AMAZING! I've sunk a few hours in to it and so far it still has that same tense, playful atmosphere as the first series. This time the sandbox feel is much more developed, with the ability to create much more elaborate traps than with the original series. I haven't had a chance to test the multiplayer aspect of the game, but just the thought of team work in this series blows my mind. PROS: - Great REPLAYABILITY potential... SO many things to find and ways to defeat the 'bad guys'. - Great atmosphere, the world feels so alive and eerie. - Different every time I play... I SAW A GHOST through the window on my last play - WTF! - Very good price CONS: - A few bugs. It's day 1 and they're not game breaking but they are immersion breaking I'd definitely recommend this game!

  [h1] Positives: [/h1] - It's intentionally tense at all times. - It has improved greatly from the previous title. - It has physics, which is a welcome addition. - Lots of ways to fight your enemies. - Pretty challenging, planning your next defence against a killer is quite fun. - Now has a lot more variety and depth to mechanics.

  So, in all fairness, this game is 100% belonging of early access. It is very buggy and a lot of aspects of it aren't clear, but fans of the previous game will recognize that a large aspect of these games are being unclear and nondescript in a variety of ways. The game is being released episodically as advertised, so content is limited, but all the content I've played through has been highly enjoyed and left me wanting more. The game is scary even though it may not look like. Your first encounter with a killer will leave you frozen not knowing what to do as you try to bludgeon them with the dildo you've been carrying around the past 10 minutes only to be slaughtered immediately. The environment and behavior of the killers makes the game scary even though the graphics might make you think otherwise. The items and random bits of lore you construe together are creepy and often unintelligble, but this only makes you want more and makes you want to solve the mystery of what's actually taking place in the game. I'm not a professional writer and haven't written any reviews before, but if you like helplessly being slaughtered, accidentally slaughtering your wife, kids, and yourself, and eventually overcoming your killers through trial and error, then you'll have fun with this game.

  love all these series, very fun ! im a lore hunter so cant wait to try and figure out the weird plots in this one!

  Just like the previous game, I just have to say that this is a great example of a very creative and fun game given to us by a Dev that is both very dedicated to the game and to his fans. Roope Tammien if you see this, cheers mate, am a great fan since the flashgame. Thank you for giving me the right dosage of old Slashers and Horror that I so very much loved as a kid.
