  The game is very interesting, addictive from the first minutes, it is simply impossible to tear yourself away. Very interesting puzzles and pretty well done. I advise!!!

  This is chock full of puzzles & mini games & arcade games. If this is what you like, then this game is for you. The puzzles & games complement the story very well. I would not have bought the game if I had known about the arcade mini-games. -This has a ton of arcade-style mini games. I don't care for those. -Variety of puzzles. -good story line, enjoyable -bonus: 5 of the mini games you played are unlocked for independent play later -Excellent artwork. -HOS are interactive and have a variety of styles. One memory puzzle was impossible. They give you 2 seconds to see the cards, then flip them over. You can make ZERO mistakes or guesses because 1 wrong click not only starts the game over, but they mix the cards up.

  I'm 0.1 hours in (10 minutes or less)? and I've encountered several bugs already and the little window in-game would not close. I had to force close the game ultimately. I have no idea if this is a good game because it doesn't seem to function correctly. At this time I have to say no. This review may change but I can't even get it to run, however good it looks. :( :( NOTE: If they update the game and fix it, my review may change.

  Works ok for me, so far it's another mediocre point'n'click HOG (hidden object game) in a sea of mediocre HOGs (there are tons of free ones - MyPlayCity). No voice acting. Story is ok. Putting lines of story text during the middle of a puzzle is annoying, I like to concentrate on the puzzle when I'm doing a puzzle. Puzzles are reasonably good, a bit more unique than most HOGs. The game has in-game achievements but they aren't mapped to steam achievements. Good HOGs to start with are 'Nightmares from the Deep' series, 'Hidden Animals Photo Hunt' and 'Adam Wolfe'. For non-HOG adventure games there is the 'Deponia' series, 'Machinarium' and 'The Journey Down' series...[edit] The Samarost series is great too.

  Do you LOVE PUZZLES? Hours of puzzles? Puzzles on top of puzzles? More puzzles you can shake a stick at? This game is for you, puzzle lovers. Holy crap there are a ton of puzzles. And they're all UNIQUE! They don't repeat There is more variety of puzzles in this one game than in 10 years of Artifex Mundi games. Artifex Mundi games are maybe 5% puzzle, and they reuse the same puzzles over and over again. This game is 90%+ unique puzzles. This game is from 2015 and is not primarily a hidden object game or an adventure game. It's a puzzle game. It's a bit rough around the edges, but it's good. Note: this first puzzle may be "how do I get it to run?". If you run it and get a blank screen with delayed sound, then it IS running fine, but doesn't like some Windows settings. Try this: Win10: 1) right click on Desktop ---> Display Settings 2) find "Scale and Layout" section 3) change scaling to 100% Some say their fix was changing it away from 100% to something else, or doing that and then back to 100% Also: might try (if laptop) changing between integrated graphics and GPU graphics.

  [b]Nederlandse versie hier beneden.[/b] Regardless of whether time travel is possible, it remains an interesting subject to philosophize about or to turn it into a game. Unfortunately, 'Invasion: Lost in Time' comes with an unbelievable, unattractive story. You can argue that this is compensated by the numerous and varied mini-games that this Hidden Object Game contains. Once you have played them a large number of these can be found via the bonus button on the main menu. A number of new puzzles can also be found there. Another plus is the background music. This music would fit very well in a good science fiction movie. Regarding that, some locations also look fantastic and sifi-like. The game does not have spoken audio, and only comes in English translation. Also, no trading cards are given, nor are there achievements to unlock. The latter is a shame, because there are achievements within the game itself. It is nice, however, that missed achievements can still be won afterwards via the bonus button of the main menu. Despite the fact that 'Invasion: Lost in Time' is dated, there's really no reason so far not to recommend it. If it had stopped here, I would have given it a small 7 out of 10. The big problem with the game, however, is the inventory. As in most Hidden Object Games, found items are stored at the bottom of the screen. In 'Invasion: Lost in Time' these objects are sometimes placed just above the given space and sometimes they are displayed much too large. Every now and then the entire inventory section slides up a few centimeters. Annoying, but not all that bad because this will restore itself. However, what happens a dozen times is that a clicked object is not placed in the inventory, but shoots upwards, out of the picture. The result is that the game immediately freezes. Buttons no longer work and the menu is inaccessible. The game must then be force quit and restarted. Not recommended for smooth gaming fun. Rating: 4/10. [b]Nederlandse versie.[/b] Los van de vraag of tijdreizen mogelijk is, blijft het natuurlijk een interessant onderwerp om over te filosoferen of om er een spel van te maken. Helaas komt 'Invasion: Lost in Time' met een ongeloofwaardig, niet boeiend verhaal. Je kunt zeggen dat dit gecompenseerd wordt door de talrijke en afwisselende mini-games die dit Verborgen Objecten Spel bevat. Een groot aantal hiervan is, wanneer je ze eenmaal hebt gespeeld, terug te vinden via de bonusknop van het hoofdmenu. Ook een aantal nieuwe puzzels zijn daar te vinden. Een ander pluspunt is de achtergrond muziek. Deze muziek zou heel goed passen in een goede science fiction film. Wat dat aangaat: sommige locaties zien er ook fantastisch en sifi-achtig uit. Gesproken audio heeft het spel niet, en evenmin is er een Nederlandse vertaling. Ook worden er geen ruilkaarten gegeven en evenmin zijn er prestaties te ontgrendelen. Dat laatste is jammer, want binnen het spel zelf zijn die er wel. Aardig is dan wel weer dat gemiste prestaties naderhand alsnog behaald kunnen worden via de bonusknop van het hoofdmenu. Ondanks dat 'Invasion: Lost in Time' gedateerd is, is er tot zover niet echt reden om het niet aan te bevelen. Wanneer het hierbij zou zijn gebleven, had het van mij een mager 7-tje gekregen. Het grote probleem van het spel is echter de inventaris. Zoals in de meeste Verborgen Objecten Spellen worden gevonden voorwerpen onder in het scherm opgeslagen. In 'Invasion: Lost in Time' worden deze voorwerpen soms net boven de gegeven ruimte geplaatst en soms zijn ze veel te groot weergegeven. Af en toe schuift het gehele inventarisgedeelte een aantal centimeters naar boven. Irritant, maar nog niet zo erg allemaal, want dit herstelt zich wel weer. Wat echter een tiental keer gebeurt is dat een aangeklikt voorwerp niet naar de inventaris wordt geplaatst, maar naar boven schiet, het beeld uit. Gevolg is dat het spel dan meteen vastloopt. Knoppen werken niet meer en het menu is onbereikbaar. Het spel moet dan geforceerd afgesloten worden en opnieuw opgestart. Niet aanbevolen voor een vlot spelplezier. Waardering: 4/10.
