  Great DLC, but to watch the turtles wasting a perfectly good pizza every time they win a fight is hard to watch. 9/10 -1 for all that wasted pizza.

  There are four turtles you select between matches with gear loadouts (an annoying way to do this but fine). You start with three loadout slots. You don't unlock the next one until you grind 10 levels. Swapping loadouts at character select is easy. Changing equipment without a saved loadout requires tedious menu surfing. On the one hand, starting out with the turtles, some people will want to get a handle on all the core moves and stick to just one turtle. On the other hand, it would be really nice to be able to swap between them early on if the end goal is to swap between them for different situations and it's also just a fun concept and fun means you practice more. Making it extra tedious to swap between all four turtles without diving into Character Customization is ridiculous. The Turtles really needed a fourth loadout slot sooner. For a premium priced character, at $3.00 more than every other character released so far, I expect better than this. If you aren't the kind of person who already bought this, don't buy it unless you're buying the Fighter Pack 3 set. It's the only Fighter Pack that's actually a better deal than buying individually for players who don't care about the special skins anyway! There are a lot of great characters in this game, and if you're going to skip one, probably skip the one they made really tedious to properly enjoy.
