Are you from a Bamileke’s tribe in Cameroon and willing to learn your ancestors’ language? This app is for you.

This application is the free version of the Bamileke Nufi - French - Nufi dictionary brought to you by Resulam, Resurrection of Minority Languages as part of its project of reviving minority languages. The pro version contains almost all Nufi words you can imagine, and beyond, and will be updated on regular basis and those who possess that version will receive subsequent updates for free. The printed version will also be available in the future.

This dictionary is undoubtedly the world’s first of its kind in the sense that the translation can be done bilaterally between two languages. Different colors were assigned to different parts of the text to make it easily readable.

1 - Enter a word either in French or in Nufi , and you will get the translation in the other language.

2 - Click any word in the text field and get its translation into the other language.

3 - To use this dictionary, you will necessarily need to use special characters in order to enter a word in fe'efe'e language. But do not worry, Resulam foresaw and anticipated this issue!

Just write your word using Clafrica code, and the program will recognize and translate your code into fe'efe'e language.
