Supports real sync features now: import/export/sync of ical files.

Supported sources are:

- local files

- HTTP(S)

- FTP(S)

- WebCal

Automatic sync on:

- time based jobs

- entering a Wifi-network

- Intent (action: "org.kc.and.ical.start.sync", optional extra: "calendar": calendar name)

Easy setup: Just add a new sync account for each ical file you want to sync with.
