Four Digit Date Code Converter

This is app can convert a 4 digit date code (in WWYY or YYWW format) to the range of the week, and it can convert a date to a 4 digit date code (in either WWYY or YYWW format).

A four digit date code (D/C) is made up of the week of the year (using 2 digits) and the last 2 digits of the year. The order of the week and year doesn’t matter (this app will convert to or from either format), but the D/C must be four digits.

Assumptions:

The start of each week is Monday

If Jan 1st falls on a Mon, Tue , Wed, or Thu that week is the first week of the year

If Jan 1st falls on a Fri, Sat, or Sun that week is the last week of the year.
