__ Other issue? __

* Do not kill the app with a taskiller.

* Your operator will always be the one you have a contract with, it's the antenna that could be from someone else due to operator's agreements.

* Installation on SD impossible because it is a service.

* There is no refresh / timer loop, it is the Android system that announces the change of antenna whenever it is necessary. No battery drain :)

* On some phones there is no need to activate the roaming option in the Android settings, it depends on the Android version.
