  To be honest, I had a brain explosion, switch between worlds to get to another platform, and when it's also in the dark and you have to remember the location of the platforms... As a fan of "Katana zero", "We are Eva" will be in my top platformers. There was one minus that prevented me from playing, FPS drops from 30 to 60 and it was even more difficult to play, I don’t know what this is connected with. Funny moment with dialogue about skipping dialogue, it was funny :D

  Great game. The concept is two worlds you can switch with the click of a button - this changes the terrain and platforms available for you to jump on. Also most worlds have a twist, like being able to jump very high. Each time you die in a level it gets changed slightly - making for a fun mixup. I also love the dialogue - the character is very sassy towards you. (In the "Have you tried not dying" way.) A minor gripe is the wall-grab button - basically to not fall down a wall instantly you need to press a button. I have not yet found a reason to not be always holding down that button. But aside from that a challenging and very fun platformer I can only recommend you to try.

  We are Eva is a surprisingly addicting precision platformer with a unique twist. All the levels are exactly one screen big, yet there's a surprising variety, between all the dimensions and the extra "challenges" you can find and set yourself. Each level being unique and varying slightly between deaths, is a really nice touch to keep the experience fresh, even after the first playthrough. The game is not particularly long, around 4 hours is probably a good estimate, but as mentioned above, it really encourages you to play it again and again. Achievements have relatively obscure triggers, making hunting them all the more fun. I wish it was a little longer perhaps, but it's great fun and I definitely see myself playing it more and more.
