  Quack. 🦆 This is less a game and more of an experience. No, you cannot control the ducks. But you CAN watch them. And by watching them, you can witness SO MUCH. One of my ducks had babies which it promptly abandoned. Another duck stabbed a Flamingo pool floaty and it deflated. Another duck went around the pond so fast that it JETTISONED ITSELF INTO THE OCEAN and disappeared over the horizon, forever. I cried. It's like a soap opera. With rubber ducks. You never know what's going to happen next. I streamed this game and narrated the events for five hours. Every time the duck bar began to fill toward a new duck, chat would chant, "DUCK IMMINENT". When I was done I immediately bought the DLC. A bunch of my friends bought the game and began gifting it to friends. I already can't wait to play again and check out the new ducks in the DLC. I hope that the creators continue to create new ducks and features, because they're onto a real ducking winner of a game here.

  This game is absolutely amazing and relaxing I love to see ducks spawn from thin air while doing work and even doing activities with my children. Sometimes I help my child with math homework and see a duck spawn and all of a sudden I feel so much happier ever since the children I haven't been able to feel this joy. I hope one day my children loves me as much as I love these ducks.

  Surprisingly dramatic for a game about ducks in a pool, within an hour two of my ducks were on fire and one launched itself into orbit. Also one of my ducks has a flower pot on its head and frankly I'm not sure what else one could possibly want in a video game.

  No words can even begin to express the beauty and complexion of this game. No, this is no game, this is a masterpiece. My review could never dream to do any justice for this simple masterpiece, but I shall continue forward in my writing. Not a second goes by where I am not running this game, time is simply too finite, too short, to achieve this games fullest potential. "What if no one else stays by this game eternally?!" "What if no one reaches the maximum amount of ducks on the map at one?!" These are questions I have asked myself, these are the questions that have driven me to push forward on my mission. When my computer is open, I must have Placid Plastic Duck Simulator open, even if my computer grows to a heat close to that of the sun when I have 5 other games open, I must continue to run Placid Plastic Duck Simulator, for who else will. It is not only for the fact that no one else may run this game for eternity, but also for the mysteries, that I run this game. What is the meaning of the door, is it related to the chalkboard duck from the More Ducks DLC in any way? If the Ski Duck from Quacking on the Ice (DLC) can be unthawed when the campfire is lit, can the ice of the hockey rink be thawed as well to release the yeti duck. Despite both of these ideas being very unlikely, they still both drive me to let the game run, as letting the game run is the only way to experience any special event. I still can't believe how unknown a game so paradoxically colossal yet simple as this is. It is the best game ever known to man, and consequentially the most underrated as well.
