  Mind Blown! I was a 2100+ rated player irl some 27 years ago. So, I was good. I'm just shocked by the accuracy of the game, just shocked. I play pretty orthodox, the AI plays pretty orthodox. So, I thought the game was just top spin, and underspin, which is 85% of what you see in high level TT. LOL, so I start playing multiplayer and first its req players, now at 1650, I just beat a 1850ish person. Ohhh, janky sidespin all over the place with that guy. I was shocked that the engine allowed for it! All the same nonsense you might see from the best recreational player at your college. LOL. Hilarious. Anyway, latency can be a bit of an issue, but its shockingly good. Certain things feel a little easier, but all of your mishits are accurate to real life, if your paddles angle is wrong, the ball goes where its supposed to go! Its crazy, many of my old mistakes generate the same bad result as they should. Ive got to thing that this will be used as a training tool for improving understanding. I set the ball machine to 100 underspin and let some hits loose, my god if what Ive learned works irl, then this game is teaching me things I never knew and in probably 8000 hours of life into the game. Anyway, I've taken the legendary AI to duece a few times, and its day 2, so I'll get it soon, but seriously its not particularly easy to beat. World Class with AI set to no miss is just an unreal training tool. Mind Blown!

  Ten years ago, my best friend and I spent countless hours in our high school's common area playing ping pong together. We graduated, went to college, moved to opposite ends of the continent, and lived our adult lives for years until we happened to reconnect again this year. Now, ten years later, we can play ping pong together from several states away with him on the Quest and me on the Vive. We talk about everything while volleying back and forth, from catching up and talking about our new lives to reminiscing on our old memories. It really feels like not a single day passed since we graduated together. Thank you. Thank you for making me feel young again.

  If you love ping-pong and don't have a ping-pong table but somehow purchased a thousand dollar VR device, this is the game that will satisfy your needs.

  So far this has to be my most returned to VR game out of the 50+ ive purchased. The physics are spot on and the AI plays as well as you expect. (PLEASE dont nerf world class, I STRIVE to beat it!) Its a little low on content but so is a normal ping pong table.. If you enjoy ping pong, tennis, ect buy this. BTW Devs, just a thought but one of the things ive been doing to increase my enjoyment is to only allow myself to play through the ranks to world class. I start at amateur trying to progress to world class and if I lose I start back at amateur. I cant imagine it could be too hard to impliment something like this as a starter career mode or a playoff ladder. I would LOVE to see a torney mode where you progress to win the championship!

  - Opponent hits drop shot off left side of table - I dive for drop shot - Crash into wall - 10/10 would headbutt wall again But in all seriousness, this game is incredible - actually feels like table tennis. Really makes you forget you're playing VR. 10/10 Recommendation!

  I am bad. Like, really bad. Like, 14 wins, 69 (nice) losses bad. 17% win percentage bad. 1130.3 ELO bad. Rank 384319 bad. This bad: https://www.elevenvr.net/eleven/382281 I don't care. This game is fun as hell. Despite having never played table tennis IRL, I feel like I've improved over all of those losses, and all of those losses were legitimate learning experiences. The minigames give you ways to practice, you have AIs you can challenge, but you can also dive right in to multiplayer if you wanna get your balls sidespinned right away. The devs have put a lot of care into making this feel like the real thing. On the Discord, I see knowledgeable people talking about adjusting the paddle parameters to match their IRL paddles, to get the expected ball movements. And if you ever have a guy who decides to spend his time literally throwing the balls at your face, the devs will forcefully discourage such behavior if you report it (submitting logs and chatting with a dev will clear it up). I am bad, but I'm a little less bad now, and once COVID is over, I'll have to find an IRL table tennis club. You know a sim is great when it makes you want to do the real thing.

  I curved the ball and the kid on the other end fell on the ground trying to hit it. I asked if he was alright. He responded form the floor saying he had a hole in the wall and promptly left. This is a top tier VR game. If you like table tennis ,then this is a must. Highly recommend.
