PBA Basketball Slam: Arcade Edition! This zany and quirky 2v2 arcade-style basketball game features epic moves, high-flying dunks, and witty commentary that will keep you at the end of your seats. Its basketball stripped down to its most fun and basic components which makes it easy to pick-up and enjoy.

The game features real teams and basketball stars of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), which is the first professional basketball league in Asia and the second oldest in the world, and a unique mix of fun and gameplay experience inspired by the 1990’s basketball arcade game NBA Jam.

Play 2v2 local multiplayer or 2v2 coop vs AI players.

Get ELECTRIFIED and do high flying dunks!

MANAGE YOUR ELECTRIFIED METER

Each successful shot will fill-up your Electrified Meter, completely filling up the meter will allow your players to perform high flying and un-blockable slam dunks! You will have a choice where to perform the dunks, performing a court to court dunk will spend all meters for 3pts. Dunk from the half-court will spend half meter for 3pts but with the risk of getting your ball stolen. Electrified dunk from inside the arc will give you and unblockable 2pts.

TIGHT DEFENSE

Basketball Slam Arcade Edition focuses on the fun part of basketball, its a no rule basketball which allow your players to steal from the offensive team without worry! Push your opponents to fumble passes and do timely blocks.

**Changed to recommended after the latest patch, and I REALLY appreciate the developers response to my feedback!** The game flows much better now.I deleted the new long review as Steam seems to have a formatting issue at the moment.

hello,the game is not perfect but I'll stick with it. Each time it has the backcourt violation rule, the game stops, I cannot move anything on my controller and I have to quit the game. Hope you will update it and repair this sad mistake. It really kills a game cause I have to quit the game cause I can not move anything anymore. However, the graphics are great and despite this flaw, the game is promising but please repair this problem.

It's a pretty nice arcade basketball game but i hope the developer will add more character/team and location customization, steam unlock achievement, trading card, online match and etc... anyway I hope they add more in the future thats all! Very Cool game over all! parang naka uwi na ako ng pinas dahil sa announcer dito with such a passion without cursing! Tatak Pinoy mahuhusay talaga!

HOLY ! maski i grew up out of the motherland, astig to find a game made by pinoys! sobrang saya na i even bought another copy para sa kapatid ko. we dont know anything about the pba, but it feels hella good to support our fellow pinoy brethren! galing :) nakakatuwa. cant wait to buy the other games yall got to offer !

I'll admit it. I don't know much about the PBA or the players in the league. I do know that this game is really fun and reminds me so much of the the original NBA Jam games from the 90's. The game is in early access and i'm just waiting to they add more features. Personally create a player would be fantastic.

It's kind of like a bad nba street. Shooting is too hard. Dunking is too easy. Blocking and steals are too easy. There really isn't a solid move list. Things are even more ridiculous than than those games. But if you are the type who just plays with friends and doesn't take it serious none of that will matter. The only thing it needs really, is a player creator with an option to upload pictures so you and your friends can play with your own weird avatars. The games is in early access and only quick play is available. But it's kind of fun and the price is right. I'd personally like the direction to be more in line with the nba street games play style. I liked the pro and street campaigns though they were overly grindy.
