DJB 序章

Delhi Jal Board has introduced a mobile application for better service performance, most commonly referred as an app, is a type of application software designed to run on a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet computer. Mobile applications frequently serve to provide users with similar services to those accessed on PCs. Apps are generally small, individual software units with limited function such as captured image, and GPS for location track.

DJB Mobile app is originally offered for registering complaint or suggestion related to Delhi Jal Board, like Dirty Water, Missing of Manhole Cover, Sewer Overflow, leakage of water.

Dirty Water: DJB provides potable water to the residents of Delhi. Please upload your suggestion/complaints regarding Contaminated/Dirty Water Supply.

Leakage of Water: DJB provides potable water to the residents of Delhi. Please upload your suggestion/complaints regarding any type of leakage in water pipeline/tanker of DJB

Sewer over Flow: DJB deals with complaints of overflow of Sewerage system in Delhi only. Complaints of Overflow of Storm/Rain water drains may be lodged with respective Delhi Municipal Corporation. Storm water drains generally are on ground to carry storm/rain water and maintained by respective Municipal Corporation.
