  It's a great dating simulator especially for girls who like girls. It's cute and simulates slice of life elements nicely, lots of freedom for customisation. My only critique is maybe to allow different skin tones? This is on behalf of my friend. I am half East Asian, half European, so I am quite pale, but i have a friend with darker skin who enjoys the game. I feel like this would be an appreciated addition for those with darker skin. Thats all, and I look forward to your future project from the Twitter ^_^

  I love this game, it's been a joy to play. The world and characters are super cute. There are more activities than I initially realised and all are fun to play. NPCs that walk around interact with the world by entering stores, ringing the bell and buying food, which is a nice detail. Earning money is easy and there are a good range of things to spend it on like clothes, accessories, the crane machine and furniture. I like all the different areas. It is a shame that it isn't being updated anymore as several changes would really help. One thing that would make the controls much easier is an option to have the camera follow from just behind the player so you don't have to keep moving the cursor while running. There are also very few NPCs and having more walking around would help it to feel more alive. The school in particular would benefit from more students attending class.

  Game just came out in Alpha release 0.5 In its current state, it is entirely playable but not able to be completed. This game has a lot of potential. Shoujo City is an entirely 3D version of its mobile counterpart, a 2D dating simulator. Currently you can visit 3 locations, school, a shrine, and your home. At the school you can go along the street outside of school and visit a large number of shops, including a hair salon, maid café, and market. There is also a few crane games you can play where you win and collect Yandere Simulator figurines! At the shrine you can purchase fortunes (honestly don't remember the terms) that grant good or bad luck in skills. You can also collect squirrels and pine cones to sell at the market in the school area. In your house you can cook, using items from the market, sleep, access your computer, and step outside on your deck. You can also place any figurines here! DATES Dates consist of two locations right now, the shrine and the maid cafe outside school. The shrine you can play hide and seek or go on a normal date. The normal dates consist of a series of questions to find out your interests. Answer right and she likes you and your score, or reputation, with your girlfriend goes up and she will want to kiss you. Answer wrong and she will say a comment such as "I have a headache." Pros: -lots of interaction -Free roaming -cute clothes -Small storage -Talking pillow-Chan -seemingly realistic to Japanese culture -cute graphics Cons: -slow camera rotation -no music -can't jump -mostly empty rooms Remember: This is an alpha game, so you can't play this expecting a lot of content right now. Alpha is the earliest playable state a game can have. Tl;dr: Great anime dating game where you can date 3D waifu or a talking pillow and make her even cuter. Needs bgm.

  Great little game with lots of potential. Can't wait for it to be a completed product! It's still a little clunky in both controls and camera (you can't just turn on the spot, you can only turn and move) and the game still feels a little...empty. Although, that's expected for an Alpha release. Pros: + Lots and lots of cute clothes you can dress yourself and your girlfriend up in. +/- Easy to increase favourability with your girlfriend (it took me two game days to get to above 100 favourability and I didn't exactly know what I was doing). + Easy to use interface + Great character customisation for player character Cons: - Easier to spend money than to earn it. Just buying your girlfriend lunch for a day may cost you 2500 yen at the minimum. I've had to forgo buying cute clothing just to keep my girlfriend fed and watered :< - Dates could be less of an interrorgation of trivia questions fired off by your girlfriend. Maybe there could be questions which the player could ask their girlfriend to add to immersion? Sometimes I feel like I'm robotically choosing which answers my girlfriend would like to hear rather than having it be a two way relationship. - Wording of requests could be less like orders ("I want...") and more like requests ("May I...?", "I'd like...) - No option to be alone. I honestly feel like I'm dragging more poor girlfriend along while I go and hunt squirrels to be able to afford her next meal. I know the point of the game is to be in a happy romantic relationship, but space is important, too. Suggestions: > Different Crane game types, like the ones often seen in arcades which give cuddly toys or accessories as prizes. > Part Time job system/minigame to help earn money to buy things. > Ability to customise the look of your girlfriend as well. > Possibility for a second save file? I'd like to experience a Hugging Pillow girlfriend without losing my human one's progress. Verdict: Well worth picking up if you like romancing cute anime girls and dressing up your avatars in lots of cute clothing. Will fully recommend it to people who like dating sims without all the drama that comes with them. Eagerly looking forward to future updates.
