  Warning: it's Warcraft III: Reforged on steroids. It's fit, fast, brutal and focused on eSports. There will be three campaigns with heroes and story but don't you expect much from those. Just sit tight and learn how to manage those 100+ mouse clicks per minute.

  Everything but the base campaign is locked behind a connection to the servers, but every time I started the game, it failed to connect to any of them (also it asks you to restart the game to attempt rec-connection). There should at least be an offline player vs AI skirmish mode, with the server connection being an optional feature used to access player vs player and/or ranked online matches. At least then I could experience the core gameplay loop without having to mess with the shoddy servers. Always online live-service models are horrible.

  There is a lot of charm here, but also some jankiness that needs to be ironed out. However, if you're looking for RTS in this day and age, this might be worth trying. Jankiness: -Workers have large collision areas and can get stuck between resources and other workers -Sound effects of combat is a bit rough around the edges. May get repetitive after a while -UI design is a bit dated -Can't skip dialog during campaign -Ultra widescreen plus support isn't here. Only 16:9 aspect ratio Charm: -Visual retro art style -Large scale war. I'm looking at you, Northgard and your "army" of two units -Twitchy combat, you gotta be fast with your micro-management -Resource management, but not babying your food consumption mid to late game which is literally most of our current day RTS genre There is more, but this is enough for now. If the jankiness section is a full stop for you, then I say move on. But as stated before, if you're jonesing for a RTS, I recommend WarCraft 4: The Purple Haze of War.

  Tried it out for a few hours when it was free and had fun. Felt like supporting and bought the early access. I feel like there is some potential here. I appreciate this game as a StarCraft 1/2 player. I would love to see you guys to keep going and to keep developing on this.

  I think the game is too green yet. It doesn't look really bad but still not good. I don't recommend to buy it yet. - IA: well, I understand that it's early access so it's understandable... - I think it's kinda crazy that a game like this doesn't have a FFA mode in the multiplayer, you can only play 1vs1 2vs2 3vs3 or 4vs4. I hope they put a FFA mode because if not... OMG! - About the campaign, I think it lacks lots of story and world building, a lot of work to be done yet. - Another thing is the maps, they are too little and they don't look like a strategy game, it almost look like a tug of war game. - About the units, the buildings, shortcuts and more... They are still a chaos and really upgradeable. Conclusion: It can become a good game but atm it's still a really green game that I don't recommend to buy unless you wanna have fun looking how the miners get crazy trying to manage which mine they have to chop (lol).

  I have to be honest I am a little disappointed. I played the demo quite a bit and was following the updates for the game closely. I was excited for the game to come out in early access but it appears that all that changed from the demo was the addition of 3 heroes(one more for each faction) and a single campaign mission tacked on to the other four from the demo. I was really hoping for something more and I hope that continued development of the game will restore my faith in this. I really enjoy the game so hopefully content will release somewhat swiftly to retain my interest.
