  Bounty of Blood is a cool DLC however is underwhelming when compared to the first, second, and fourth DLCs which are 10x better. I liked this DLC to a degree the locations were alright, characters were meh, and the story was about as bad as the main campaign, as well as not really any new enemies aside from one new creature type everyone else appears to be reskins of enemies we’ve already fought before. One of the best legendries in the game tho imo and it isn't that bad if you buy the season pass at least however really underwhelming… +Several new locations taking place on a set of cowboy/asian themed fields and mountain sides along with underground caverns and canyons +Several side activities and side quests +New vehicle +Cow skin for new vehicle +New enemy type +Light show +Cool new traversal way with launch pads, teleporters, etc. +Really liked how I could actually hear the soundtrack for once and liked the atmosphere of it a lot +New plant that you can melee to turn enemies to allies -Overall pretty underwhelming when compared to the other DLCs in this game… Story is not that entertaining. I wish there were more outlaws than just Rose aside from the occasional boss that appears all of a sudden in one map and the other supporting characters who were bleak and boring could care less for them. I don't feel like they needed past characters like Claptrap or someone else we already know but atleast someone at least someone interesting… The locations were cool but nothing special, no real new enemy aside from one new creature which I believe only appears in one of the maps all the others are reskinned bandits. -Ngl trying to find and get the hidden treasure activity was annoying -New vehicle’s damage does such low damage almost if not point in shooting with it -$15 definitely is not worth it for this DLC either buy Season Pass or don't buy it, it all… -The new launch pads and teleporters were cool because they are a new way of progressing through the maps but kind of came off as annoying to me as they'd hide them having you have to check every corner of the map to try and find where one is in order to progress or would have it to where you would have to progress half way through the map to use a teleporter to get to a ledge near the beginning of the map was tedious and just not fun imo This DLC is just so boring the story is just lame and the locations are alright not really any new enemies making it overall so bland. I wish it was longer and went more in depth of having Rose more present in the story and going more into her motive/background. As well as Juno/the deputy were just boring kinda wish the sheriff survived a bit longer and there were more supporting characters. The locations and lack of new enemies is ok and not the big of a deal it was just the overall playthrough is just lame when compared to the others. At Least there's an insanely awesome legendary that comes out of this DLC only highlight imo lol…

  First of all I played through this dlc after finishing the base game with lvl 72 Fl4k and with mayham 10 gear. I played through this dlc on mayham level 5 and it was a quite enjoyable experience. This dlc adds around 10-15 hours of additional content. I really loved how every main and side mission was narrated with a deep western voice and it was narrated in a way, so it gives you the illusion that your playing out a story that has already happened. The lore items and collectables are the same as in the base game but with different names. Typhon's dead drop becomes Sato's cache, Targets of Opportunity becomes Most Wanted, and so on. This dlc introduces 3 new mechanics. One of these is a launch pad mechanic which was used perfectly to access certain hidden locations or to progress in the map. You unlock the ability to use launch pads pretty early on in the main story line. Another one is a teleportation mechanic which you only unlock somewhere halfway the main story line. In my opinion this was a missed opportunity because this mechanic could allow for a more interesting way of finding your way though a particular section of the map. I would've loved to see this mechanic used more extensively. And lastly, a new combat mechanic where you can punch a crystal and exploding shards will fly off similarly to how barrels react in the base game when sliding into them. This mechanic is also used to open hidden passes and to progress to new areas of the map. Overall I really enjoyed this dlc and would highly recommend it.

  Thumbs down just for having the absolute worst excuse for "music" in the franchise. There will be hours here where it's just repeating the same string or other singular noise on an infinite loop. You'd almost swear the music is just bugged, but its intentional. It drove me insane. And thematically it doesn't even make sense. Imagine if the "Jaws" theme was just playing for no reason. Or some suspenseful horror movie noise. This is the wild west. This made no sense at all.

  + The atmosphere, theme, and environment are some of the best. Character designs are great. + Home to some of the best weapons in the game like the light show, flipper, proprietary license, and THE SHODDY. - The DLC itself is pretty short and a lot of areas are left unexplored in the story. I thought the story was fine but the story and theme tends to be hit or miss among people. - Some places like the Obsidian forest are a pain to navigate. Overall: Yes for the weapons and the environment. The story wholly depends on you.

  Leave this DLC alone. :( In all seriousness, everyone complains about the narration and whatnot but to be honest, this DLC felt more unique than all of the others. It's shorter, and the story's not exactly the most complicated or clever, but the narration, theme, aesthetic, and map design were all great at least to me. The core shards you can knock around are useless and shouldn't have been included... But I really feel like they tried something new and got roasted for it way too hard. My only serious gripe besides it being too short was that the first few bosses were a bit too easy for their level (contributing to it being short). Bare-chested Tattoo guy boss melted in one mag to a Hellshock, never even saw his moves. F. Overall though I enjoyed this more than GLT. It's not as good as Handsome Jackpot but it's got some good qualities. Look at it for what it is, not what it isn't. It's got soul to it.

  Breaking bug at the end of game. When you "follow the posse" to your final destination, do not stray from the course. If you do not follow them the mission will glitch and you will not be able to finish the DLC. I fell for this after beating every other mission and investing hours. After more than 3 years they still have not fixed it.

  pretty fun dlc, the areas are very pretty and satisfying to look at, no bugs encountered, except one where i just found rose walking around randomly, which was hilarious but other than that very fun. it also gives me the same feeling as fallout: new vegas honest hearts dlc does, no idea why
