  Translation quality ranges from passable, to poor, to unintelligible. Has next to no meaningful choices. Has next to no dating sim elements. The animation is okay, but it is by no means enough to carry it.

  Could not understand half of it , writing is bad . and i really wanted to like this game . get treasure of nardia 100 times better

  I have over a dozen AVNs, ranging from great to terrible. "Intruder On The Bridge" is certainly above average, and the only one I own with a sci-fi, space, setting... The story is good and so are the characters, in fact I would have liked to have gotten to know some of them better. Unlike most AVNs, this has some action/shooter elements, as well as a minigame, which adds a bit fun to it and provides a nice change of pace at times. The characters are likeable and the the graphics, as well as the animations, are also quite good. Some AVN's can get somewhat boring at times but I like the whole "space" setting in this one, as well as the different locations and the various aliens. It's a nice change from other AVN's that I have bought. Now I know there are some bad reviews regarding the lack of "meaningful" choices, as well the bad translation. To that I say that, not every AVN is filled with meaningful choices and that is not a bad thing. There are many choices to make in this however, and some are required to unlock certain achievements as well. As for the translation, I will be honest, it's not great, but I have seen worse... However, even though it's not a perfect translation, I still quite enjoyed the story, and the characters, this had to offer and with the 2 free dlc's expanding on that story a little more, I hope there will be more to come in the future. So, read the reviews and decide for yourself, but if you like sci-fi and AVN's the I think you'll enjoy this. I certainly did... Although I wish it had been longer...

  the ship battle is glitching like crazy and literally unplayable which will lock out some scenes...(great...) Also so dialogue will loop making you have to do actions again. i regret purchasing

  While perhaps not the most amazing game ever, it was enjoyable-as more or less advertised it is sort of a dark federation star trek inspired game with adult elements. Sure, there were some points that one would say "Oh, really?" but the writing was better than as indicated in some reviews, there was a descent amount of content and mini games, and over all it was a short but solid adult visual novel. Sometimes the plot felt a little over complicated, but there were certainly enough turns and play off of standard sci fi tropes that it was enjoyable. The characters were interesting with good adult aesthetic design and there is a good number. Indeed, if they do a sequel, I'd certainly be happy for some of these characters getting a chance to be center stage.

  Conceptually, I think there are some solid ideas here. You can tell the developers care about the game and it's universe and have attempted to build it out to the best of their ability. Sadly though, either due to a lack or time, money, and/or experience, the end result is lacking. The main game of Intruder of the Bridge feels rushed and incomplete (I've yet to play the free DLC). The writing/translation to English is poor and frequently nonsensical. The mini games range from simplistic to frustrating. Never fun. H scenes are basically cut scenes, no real interactivity or choice to be found here. Hopefully, the developers learned alot from making this game, and their next effort will turn out better. For now though, if you're looking for a Sci-Fi AVN, I'd recommend you check out Tales From the Unending Void instead.

  Story and renders are all pretty good. Animations could be better and have some bad angles. The minigames can be frustrating and could use some improvements. Just when things start getting good the game ends like a sci-fi series that has been canceled. I expected a couple more hours of content with the way the story was going but no, it just ends. Not worth the price even with the free dlc.

  Good art, but held back by a short story and weird and annoying mini-games with some stuff being gated behind certain scores. If's a hentai game, we are hear for a good story with sex scenes or sex scenes while playing one handed. The side stories, while free, do not do much for the game other than cause more questions. Someone got their heart broken, engaged in sexual experiments, and went crazy killer. Another a character I don't even recall being mentioned or in the main story disappears, leaving another character heartbroken then it never comes up. Feels like they a good idea and good artists, but poor execution.

  The game looked promising at first. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The story is fragmented and shallow. The mini games are less than mediocre. There is no character development, no growth. Stills are beautiful, but animations are too robotic. Plot and mini-story endings are very disappointing (and some make me really angry at the idiots that came up with them, and not just because they suck, but also because of the half-assed job they've done). Overall, it feels like the devs had no clear plan about how the game should end up looking, ending up deploying an unattractive mush made out of a bunch of small inconsistent and unfinished pieces.

  Although I have given this game a thumbs down, It is not a terrible game. I would not recommend purchasing it at full price, although it is worth a play if on sale. It does have an interesting story, something different from the norm in this genre. Although there are several issues: Pros: - Character designs are nice - Animations are smooth - Story is interesting - Has multiple different types of minigames which can be skipped - In game guide is available as a free DLC, although you get what you pay for. Cons: - Animations feel short with several looped sequences. - Story is Short, Although main story reaches a “conclusion.” It feels more like a rushed epilogue to tie things up rather than complete. - Writing feels hit or miss at times, I get the feeling that there may be some bad translations. Although the game does appear to have been originally in english. - Game is very linear with limited “choice” ; this is not always a con if the story is well developed (which is arguable in this situation). - Minigames, while fun, feel very unpolished like most of the game. Especially the FPS minigame. - Very short, can probably be completed in several hours casually. - Not worth Full price (But is worth it with the 60% discount active at time of writing this review).
