  Why tf is this not an easy recommend? It's got fun voice acting, great gameplay that rewards setup and strategy, and it's 16.99. It's addicting, but I recommend you save when you do something right and progress.

  UPDATED** I can no longer recommend Overall a unique RTS that has a fun storyline. There's still some bugs, and the game is like a rollercoaster. It's fun and exciting but seems to be over all too soon. I'd recommend anyone who enjoys RTS's and wants something different to check this game out! **The game feels abandoned. The last update from the devs was to finish the last two missions of chapter one and devote all of December to it. Since then? Nothing......

  I am waiting 20 years for Commandos sequel. That never happened (the new HD remaster is not worthy mentioning). But occasionaly an excellent game game in this genre appears. About 4 years ago it was Shadow Tactics, this year the Gray Zone, later the Desperados III and few days ago the Partisans 1941 (demo so far). Each game is unique and each one has its own attitude how the tactical game should behave, its own graphics style, gameplay style, features, etc. etc. I recommend all of them as they are really brilliant and I recommend them to any RTT games fans. Play this game and I hope you will enjoy it as I enjoyed its fantastic graphics, great gameplay, complex story and infinite possibilities. The game is only in EA and I can see how improves with each update. Looking forward to next mission, skirmish and other stuf the developers promised. Thanks for great game!

  Play the first 2 chapters. Look great so far. Like the all doom and groom mood in this game.

  It was a lot of fun, the story was interesting imo (only 4 missions so far). I did encounter a bug(not game breaking) and had some severe fps drops, but I'm sure that will be worked on.

  Gray Zone is an action RTS strategy with the possibility of a tactical pause. However, the game contains a SKIRMISH mode and in the next patch, the authors promise a basic in-game economy (eg trade, hiring mercenaries ...) and, of course, the completion of the first chapter out of many. The game is already well playable, full of nice graphics and good voice-over. The game also includes text localizations to many languages. If you are still hesitant, you can download the demo version, which contains 1 level of the game. I can also recommend the game to players who do not play strategy games.

  There are so many tech issues. Saves do not work, the game kicks me out to desktop. There are 3 missions only for 15.99 ?and the game needs 12 GB to instal! Who did the story? It is lame. My father, gave me a shiny amulet... big, blue gem, ostrich egg size, he wore around his neck as a slave, all the time and nobody cares... really??? this is not good, sorry :( find a better scriptwriter
