  Definitely love Ultimate VFR Guam. It is definitely not a poor cousin to a freeware package, it's not an airport package, it's a photo real package. The freeware package the other reviewer noted is just the buildings and layout of Won Pat International PGUM and nothing else. Ultimate VFR Guam is a photo real package and provides the entire island with properly located autogen and 3m elevation data, awesome night lighting and I noticed has all the local Guam landmarks. I've only just installed it and there's so much more I need to see. I have the freeware PGUM airport from Morten installed alongside Ultimate VFR Guam and it provides everything I need. Just need someone to model Anderson Air Force Base and I'll be in heaven. I used to live on Guam and no other scenery package comes even close to modeling the shorelines, especially around Navy Base. This is by far the best addon for FSX if you also add the freeware Won Pat Airport by Morton.

  Very disapointed, scenery not optimized and bad quality textures, almost more uggly than original fsx textures ! low fps even with most simple fsx native aircraft ( i got 15 to 22 fps with simple cessna when normaly i'm around 50 to 60 fps anywhere else even flytampa scenery or mega Rio ..... and this ones looks nice in plus ! ) If i knew that, I Will never buy this !

  This is a very cheep addon, so I went into it with my expectations adjusted for that fact... Does this improve over the default scenery? Yes. Is it great? No. To give you an idea on its quality, it has modeled skyscrapers and has a slightly enhanced mesh. And default jetways. The termanals are ehh and that is all I have to say about it. For the price I guess it is worth it but it is not a must have.

  I've read some of the negative comments regarding this add-on, but all I can say is that I've never had a problem running it. I get frame rates around 50 FPS with 3 monitors. Day and night imaging is better than expected. I lived on Guam for five years and the terrain is pretty accurate. I really like this add-on.

  Awsome its still available :) ..You can plan and practice your "Fire and Fury", USA response to North Korea Aggresion with this SIM DLC lol, jj (AUG 2017)...I purchased this in 2015, very enjoyble content, always wanted to visit the island RW...looks like going to be a busy place, after all the recent political wind blows over, will be good for tourisum...In the interm, enjoy and explore the island on your FSX sim, well worth the $10 Bucks...Wonder if NSA and CIA computers are tracking us as we fly and load this on our PC's in 2017, would not suprise me, and welcome it, need a free MAlware clean and scan on my PC, courtesy of uncle SAM :)

  The main terminal @ PGUM looks like defalt airport, Found one that looks like the real airport in Free ware, But yes the area around PGUM looks great.
