With the enercity app you can view your enercity electricity and gas tariffs at any time,

keep an overview of your own consumption, adjust deductions individually and

protect against additional payments. This saves you time and paper: For a sustainable,

environmentally conscious future.

Download the app and simply log in with your chosen login

data in. You can see all your contract details.

You are not yet an enercity customer? Sign an enercity electricity or gas contract with climate-neutral natural gas or 100% green electricity today. We take care of your change.

As soon as you have concluded your contract and selected your login data, keep an eye on your tariffs in the enercity app!

With your regular meter reading updates, we can help you with our discount recommendation to find the perfect discount for your individual consumption - additional payments are no longer an issue for you! They therefore influence whether you can count on a credit after our annual statement.

In your account overview, see the next advance payments, your possible balance or download all your bills. So you have an overview of your electricity and gas costs even before your annual statement. So you are always one step ahead of us.

Development of your energy consumption

We show you your actual consumption behavior on a curve including a forecast. This forecast is based on your transmitted consumption values. This means you are always informed about your current electricity and gas consumption and also have an overview for tomorrow.

Add contracts and switch to enercity at any time

Find out more about other sustainable electricity or gas tariffs in the enercity app and easily add more contracts - even for different addresses - in just a few clicks.
