  -Do you like platformers with easy-to-learn controls but you-still-gotta-be-skilled gameplay? --Do you enjoy light collect-a-thons with neat rewards? ---Do you like solid pixel art and good animations? ----Do you listen to vibey music? -----Do you like your plot injected with humor? ------Do you like hard bosses(not Cuphead hard, but still challenging)? If you answered yes at least three times, you should get this game.

  Pretty fun game that won't make you pull your hair out! Also glad that didn't go the full on hardcore route. Nothing against it but there is enough of that.

  A totally great platformer with tons of cute girls! Who likes Jump 'n' Runs, Metroidvania is not averse, never wants to go Game Over along with super designed levels and great music MUST grab! One of the best games in this category!

  Honestly, I picked up this game as a joke for stream expecting it to be a terrible fanservice mess... but it's actually really good. I mean, it is definitely a bundle of fanservice, but the gameplay gets better and better as it progresses. The game has good replayability, all of boss fights are solid, and the abilities you unlock make the game more and more fun. I also think the 'Magic Mode' would make for amazing speedruns. Definitely a good game for the price point and I hope to see a sequel, or see the game grow in the future.

  This game is hilarious. Stay away from my Fernando, you Husband-Thieves! The dialogue has me doing spit takes. The game difficulty was originally tuned way too high but it got adjusted down to where it ought to be. You just gotta keep buying shop items and you'll do fine. I like that the game is very lenient with death on ~95% of the content and just lets you rez at the last checkpoint with full hp / mana.

  [b]My Score:[/b] 9/10 [h1]Prologue[/h1] On a small isolated island, the former warrior Mia moves with her husband Fernando to have a peaceful life on their farm. Unfortunately for our protagonist, the island seems to be already inhabited by several monster girls of various species, who loved the news of finally having a man to capture and have fun, leading Mia, who is cute but also quite jealous, to have to use them again, her warrior skills to protect her husband from being kidnapped over and over again. ^^ Seeing that attacking the protagonist head-on doesn't work, the leader of the monster girls, the black elf Morganna decides to infiltrate the couple's house at night and kidnap Fernando. Despite some incidents the plan works and now Mia's husband has been captured, making our angry and jealous protagonist and wife travel all over the island, defeating several monster girls who just wanted to have fun with their beloved, in their quest to return home with her loved one. ^^ [h1] Game mechanics[/h1] Thus begins our protagonist's Metroidvanian-style rescue mission, exploring the various regions of the island and facing the monster girls, Morganna's cronies, to get to the black elf's castle. We can always return to regions already explored. The leader of a region has an special item that Mia can "borrow" to either explore new regions or find secrets in already explored places, finding collectibles and gold to buy upgrades. ^^ During this rescue mission we are presented with several moments that I found very fun, with dialogues to get to know each of the leaders of the monster girls that protect each region better, especially when these dialogues are between Mia and the other girls, as the protagonist, in a state of jealousy, literally says everything she thinks about the other girls having fun with her lover, generating lots and lots of hilarious and iconic dialogues, which will surely make you laugh as it did for me. ^^ [h1] Art and sound[/h1] Produced by the Brazilian studio Pippin Games, the game presents us with an impressive pixel art that I found very beautiful, both for the scenarios and the characters, as they all have main or minor animations very well crafted for conversations, fights and other little things that Mia does to the girls. In addition to the beautiful art, we have a very vibrant and lively soundtrack, making the whole exploration very relaxing and immersive. ^^ [h1] Conclusion[/h1] Wife Quest was a work that interested me since the first information I had, and I must say that the wait was worth it, because even though I don't have much experience with Metroidvanian-style games, it won me over from the beginning, with its various scenarios to explore, the art that I thought were really beautiful, its soundtrack very pleasant to the ears, and especially the equally cute and very jealous protagonist, which creates countless moments with the monster girls, which at various times led to several laughs, so this is a game that I recommend to everyone. ^^ [quote]Follow our group [url=https://steamcommunity.com/groups/Nukige]Nukige[/url] for eroge announcements and more, and our [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/30867483/ ]Nukige curator page[/url] to have access to all our lewd reviews.[/quote]

  Its too f*king hard. Requires grinding the same level over and over and over again to get the gold to get the upgrades to stay alive long enough to learn the patterns for the bosses. Its an anime version of Megaman, except Megaman is good.

  Such a fun casual game. After each boss your character gets a new item which gives her new abilities, adding new ways to play and it never gets boring. The soundrack is amazing and it remembers me of some of the old Donkey Kong Country's soundtrack. Graphics are pretty, nice gameplay, and the interactions of the angry/jealous protagonist with the game's bosses are really funny. Speaking of the bosses, some of them are tough, and require that you use different approaches to beat them. Really good game that does well everything it sets out to do. 10/10.
