  This is NOT a negative review, Steam simply still does not provide an option for marking review as "mixed" one. Why add a feature of ADS'ing with LMGs when you can add it in a paid DLC, eh Almir? LMG is interesting, but not as concealable as you would love to, RPK does the same job, I'd even say slightly better thanks to ammo economy. Kinda looks cool and is able to ADS but that's about it. As if HK21 and MP5 had a child. If you'll go for better stats on this thing - don't expect high concealment, and if you'll go for concealment - don't expect good stats Grenade launcher is a weird gimmick - 1 HE shot from M79 or free M320 does 1300 damage, new grenade launcher does 960 (320 per shot) in a three-round burst. ??? Pretty bad for HE ammo, but might find it's use with alternative types of ammo thanks to rapid, uncontrollable burst. After testing, it turned out that you need FIVE HE grenades out of this things to take down a Shield on DW and above. Only incendiaries and toxic grenade are useful on this thing, Electic grenades are even worse than HEs. Sniper rifle turned out to be secondary weapon too, my dumb ass took 10 minutes to realize that I should check secondary weapons. Pretty average in terms of stats comparing to bolt-action rifles we already have in the game, but in a secondary slot, opens doors to whack loadout combinations never possible before. Toxic grenade is exactly what it is - a grenade that deals PAYDAY's "poison" damage type staggering enemies on mass. Haven't tested much of it but I honestly don't know why I should bring it over good old HE round. Painfully average, but Overkill definitely wants to make newer weapon packs "unique", which is nice. This pack is a hit for some players, but a miss for the others, depending on a playstyle. HUGE imo, but outside Midland Bundle, this one is NOT worth it.

  The new sniper rifle is in the secondary slot. Very interesting. The new grenade launcher (secondary) has a rate of fire of 182 as opposed to the arbiters 80 rpm. And the lmg is quite small but packs a punch. The viper grenades are a throwable and also can be put in any of the existing grenade launchers, much like the Zappers. Some fun weapons to try out and I quite like the idea of being a true terrorist with neurotoxin grenades now. So there ya go.

  A good weapon pack compared to the other weapon packs which actually adds new weapons and not just reskins (except for the LMG). The Sentry Turret buff is nice as well. LMG: Its not interesting at all, it doesnt add anything new to the game and Its pretty much straight up worse to the Lions Roar (which is the best AR). The only thing its got going for it is the mag size. I'ts extra damage doesnt hit any important break points, 85 damage is all you need to be able to kill Heavies in 1 less shot. It has a slow reload, a bad ammo pickup, low accuracy and stability, bad concealment, slow RoF, has damage drop off and it can only benefit from Oppressors skills due to it being an LMG, the thing is terrible. At first glance; an LMG which you can aim down sights with seems interesting, but actually literally all it means is is that you cant benefit from Sharpshooters skills, if it was an Assualt Rifle; then it would be able to benefit from this. Assualt Rifles and SMG's are better than LMG's and Snipers because theres 2 different skills that AR's and SMG's benefit from, but LMG's and Snipers only have 1 skill that they benefit from. The gas and the secondary sniper on the other hand... now they are very interesting and do add something to the game and are both very strong. Sniper: It being the 1st ever sniper in the secondary slot makes it very interesting, ive always hated how with weapons such as shotguns; you are able to benefit both your primary and secondary with skills as you can equip a shotgun in both slots, however with snipers; you can only benefit one of your guns due to their being no snipers for the secondary slot, well this isn’t the case anymore with this weapon due to it being in the secondary slot. So now you get more bang for your buck (skill points) by getting twice the use out of Graze, and makes it fairly on par with other weapons such as shotguns where you’re able to benefit both weapons with shotgun skills and not just one of your weapons. It does 255 damage, so it therefore kills Heavies in 1 hit. There is no reason to not use the suppressor because it increases accuracy and stability while also decreasing your target priority by 1, the decrease in damage doesn’t mean anything because it still reaches the 255 damage break point anyway. For some odd reason: The Exclusive Weapon Set doesn’t prevent you from being able to attach any weapon mods. It ofcourse will have a lot of down down sides as it’s a Secondary; It has terrible total ammo (20), terrible ammo pickup (1), terrible ammo pickup ratio (20), has the worst mag size of all the 255 damage snipers at 7 and has the worser range damage modifier of the 168 damage snipers instead of the 255 ones at x1.1 instead of x1.5. It has the quickest reload of all the 255 damage snipers though at 2.43 seconds. Grenade Launcher: A triple (or double) fire grenade launcher that does 960 (3x320) damage over 3 bullets or 960 damage (2x480) over 2 bullets. Its pretty much a China Puff as that does 960 damage as well, but just that it does the damage over several bullets instead of just 1. However though; you can get some niche use out of this if an enemy is low hp, you can kill that enemy and then quickly turn to face another enemy before the 2nd bullet fires to shoot at them. You can get some skilled use out of this thing by firing grenades in different directions, you have to have quick reflexes though as successive bullets automatically fire half a second after the previous bullet fired. I kind’ve wish that there was a single fire option for this thing because often times; successive bullets will be wasted, often times you only want to fire 1 bullet but yet you are forced to waste bullets and time firing additional bullets. Its pretty obvious that this thing was designed to fire the Gas ammo because it fires 3 bullets in a row meaning that that lets you cloud an area even more. And its ofcourse not a coincidence that they just so happened to release gas at the same time that they released this weapon. This gun (with the Exclusive Weapon Set) has beaten the number 1 spot of the Grim for being the weapon in the game that takes fewest amount of ammo boxes picked up in order to reach 100% ammo at needing exactly always 8 ammo boxes to reach 100% ammo, the Grim with AP Ammo needed 10.1 ammo boxes on average to reach 100% ammo. This means that this is now the best weapon in the game if you’re using Sentry Turrets (the Sentry Turrets have now been buffed) because placing a Turret consumes a percentage of ammo and so therefore ofcourse you will want a weapon that will take fewest ammo boxes as possible to reach 100% ammo. The GL40 is ofcourse still the best primary weapon at this needing just 12.6 ammo boxes picked up on average to reach 100% ammo. Gas: A very interesting addition. Comes in the form of an ammo type for grenade launchers and as a grenade. The grenade is terrible because you only get 2 of them (the grenade does do double the damage compared to gas ammo and has 5 seconds longer cloud duration but that no where near makes up for it). These are the stats for Poison Gas: Ive found out these stats empirically from looking at the damage numbers that pop up on WolfHUD. Grenade Launchers (excluding Arbiter): 10.5 per half second for 30 seconds (630 total). Arbiter: 8.5 per half second over 10 seconds (170 total). Grenade: 20.5 per half second over 30 seconds (1230 total). Grenade Launcher gas cloud duration: 15 seconds Grenade gas cloud duration: 20 seconds. Grenade Launchers (excluding Arbiter) vs Dozer: 11.5 per half second over 30 seconds (690 total). Arbiter vs Dozer: 11.5 per half second over 10 seconds (230 total) Its so strange that it for some reason does more damage to Dozers than to other enemies and yet even more strange that the Arbiter doesnt do less damage compared to other grenade launchers. I'ts strange because against all other enemies; the Arbiter does do less damage. Notes: * It doesnt make any difference how long an enemy has been inside the gas cloud, they will always take the same amount of damage regardless (they dont take more damage the longer that they're inside the gas cloud). * The initial explosion damage radious is larger than the gas cloud radious, this means that often times you will damage enemies with the initial explosion damage but not poison them. * The Gas ammo has made ordinary Explosive ammo redundant because it only gives a minor explosion damage decrease while adding a massive amount of DOT. For instance; Instead of doing 1,300 damage, you are instead doing 1,200 damage + 630 DOT (1,830 total). All grenade launchers deal -100 damage except for the Arbiter which is -380 instead oddly. * Due to the DOT duration being so long: It works well with Grindr and Anarchrist as then its constantly proccing these perk decks * The Arbiter oddly has bullet drop when using the Gas ammo (this is odd because the Arbiter doesnt normally have bullet drop).
