Iaido Techniques 簡介

Iaido is one of the Japanese martial arts arts which is certainly very popular. Iaido is a martial art of plucking and slashing by using a sword. Unlike Kendo using a wooden sword, Iaido wore a real sword. This type of sword called Katana is very sharp and capable of killing people. Like at the Iaido training center in Yokohama, Japan. The students practice with tatami targets that are rolled as thick as a grown man's body. Once slashed, tatami immediately fell. Iaido is the art of practicing the balance between body and soul through sword techniques. It is certainly not easy. Strong discipline and refinement of techniques are the key to practicing Iaido
