* Vehicle survival in which you will need to protect your old in soviet union crafted car from the dangerous radioactive enemies at Pripyat.

* Main character survival in which the mutant will attack only you! So make yourself a safe bunker for the night.

* Free building which lets you interact with the environment without being disturbed by any dangers
