Do you think that, you are smart enough to get all 0 to 9 blocks on a board of 4x4 squares ? If you just said YES, then try to do it now. It's not as easy as you think.

You will be given three PLUS, three MINUS & three NEUTRAL blocks on start. Your first target is to get all 0 to 9 NEUTRAL blocks on board simultaneously. Then your final target is to arrange them on their appropriate place. That's it. So, are you ready ?
