e-POD is an Android based APP, facilitating submission of POD (Proof of Delivery or Acknowledgement Cum Deficiency Memo) electronically, on any Android based device (mobile phone, PC, Laptop or notebook ) with Trailer No, date & time of reporting of the Trailer and date & time of handover / delivery of Vehicles and details of deficiencies of the vehicles if any including higher Km reading, Low Fuel Qty. than the norms and free text to mention deficiencies other than standardised deficiency codes for Dent/small scratches, Damages/Big scratches or shortages, replacing existing Paper based POD on which Dealer's representative used to write date of handover / delivery of vehicles received by hand and also write deficiency in the vehicles.
