Beat your phone addiction by measuring your FOMO ( Fear of Missing Out ) levels.

We believe that when you realize you have a high FOMO score you will take steps to cure it and lessen the score by each day until you're completely free of the phone addiction problem.

Dashboard consisting of features like daily screen time, most used app, most called person and most contacted person, it also calculates a foam score which is based on the daily phone usage of individual apps. Higher the phone usage higher the foo score levels and more is the addiction.

You should strive to keep your foam score down so that you can be more productive on your phone.

Do you know how much time you spend on one app or the total use time of a day or average use time of an app?

FOMO lists the usage time of apps by you preferred sorting order. This usage information is helpful for you to check which apps should be uninstalled as they are not used. It can also be used for spying whether an app has been used by someone else.

FOMO shows the daily count that you checked your phone.
