- Check Out and Check In for DocuWorks/PDF documents

- Show Recently Used Workspace

- Create New Workspace

- Show List of Workspaces, My Private Folders, Trays, Files

- Open a document

- Download a document

- Show document Properties/Comment

- Send document to Private Folder/Tray

- Upload Photo/File

- Copy document in My Private Folder and Tray to Workspace

- Supported document formats: PDF file (pdf), Word file (doc, docx), Excel file (xls, xlsx), PowerPoint file (ppt, pptx), DocuWorks file (xdw, xbd, xct), JPEG file (jpg, jpeg), TIFF file (tif, tiff), BMP file (bmp)

- DocuWorks documents protected by a method other than password cannot be opened.

● What is DocuWorks Cloud?

DocuWorks Cloud is a service that offers a storage area that is provided by FUJIFILM Bussiness Innovation and available via internet. DocuWorks Cloud is a new cloud-based workspace with document sharing, delivery and editing capability for smooth and effective collaboration.

● Prerequisites to Use DocuWorks Cloud

- You must have registered with DocuWorks Cloud as its user. Registration cannot be done from this application.

- Your device must be able to communicate with the server via internet with HTTPS protocol.

-The operation has been checked with some devices which satisfy the operating environments.

-Some applications or services may not be able to open DocuWorks documents.

-DocuWorks Cloud (Android) may not be displayed in the list of recently used applications. In this case, run the app again by tapping the application icon.
