FreeStyle LibreLink – GR 簡介

The FreeStyle LibreLink app is approved for use with FreeStyle Libre system sensors and FreeStyle Libre 2. You can check your glucose by scanning your sensor with your phone. Now FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensor users can receive automatic glucose readings in the FreeStyle LibreLink app, which are updated every minute, and also receive alerts when glucose is low or high. You can use the FreeStyle LibreLink app to:

* View current glucose reading, a trend arrow showing the direction of glucose change and glucose history

* Receive low or high glucose alerts with FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors [2]

* View reports such as Time on Target and Daily Patterns

* To share your data with your doctor and your family with your consent [3]

USING YOUR APP AND READING DEVICE WITH THE SAME SENSOR

Notifications can only appear on your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or your phone (not both). To receive notifications on your phone, you need to initialize the sensor with the app. To receive notifications on the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader, you must initialize the sensor with your reader. After the sensor is initialized with the reader, you can also scan that sensor with your phone.

Please note that no data can be transferred between the app and the reader. To fully download data on one device, scan your sensor every 8 hours with the same device, otherwise your reports will not include all of your data. You can upload and view data from all your devices on LibreView.com.
