The “Contagem do Omer”, which appears to be a simple exercise, but which holds many challenges for the practitioner.

To get in touch with the “Count of Omer” egregore, all you need to do is set aside five minutes a day for a little meditation, every day, for forty-nine days in a row. Meditation should take place between 6:00 pm on the day of meditation until 6:00 am the next day, that is, we have 12 hours to choose 05 minutes and perform the meditation. From 6:00 am until 6:00 pm the next day you should try to perform the exercise proposed in the previous day's meditation. It is highly recommended that you make a small diary with notes on your sensations and perceptions during the performance of the proposed exercise.

The intention of the application, for now, is to pass the necessary information for the realization of meditation, in a simple and accessible way. Without the need for a handout, or even a computer nearby, using the cell phone as a tool, our already ubiquitous companion.
