safe Wallet 簡介
The Basic Counter component is an up-counter with input connections for enable and reset. Counter value initializes to 0, and resets to 0 when the reset input is asserted for a rising edge of the clock. Counter value increments by 1 on every clock cycle when the enable input is high.
