Flexy – Managing flexible work 簡介

Flexible work requires a Flexy solution.

Flexy is your go-to hub for flexible work management; created to give you a simple way to manage your assignment. From onboarding, accepting your assignment or selecting your upcoming shifts through to submitting your timesheets, the Flexy app ensures that all of your temporary work requirements are accessible in one place.

Getting set up:

Flexy is free to use, but before you can be allocated to your assignment and begin submitting timesheets, you will need to complete all onboarding documentation and book a short appointment with our friendly team to have your right to work in the UK verified.

• UK law states that we must verify your right to work, this is done in a meeting which takes about 5 minutes and will be conducted virtually or in person (dependant on what proof of right to work you hold).

• We are highly committed to driving inclusion in the workplace so if you require any adjustments to support you during the application process, please let us know.

When you first register on the Flexy app, you will be guided to the relevant section, which must be fully completed to progress. Remember to keep your notifications turned on to receive updates on the progress of your onboarding.

Using the app:

Once you’re fully up and running on the Flexy app, you can book your upcoming shifts for the week ahead or see the details of your confirmed work assignment. Some of our clients might require you to organise your work with the hiring team as per usual, we’ll let you know during onboarding if this is the case.

• Working shifts?

When you arrive for your shift, simply check-in on your phone to confirm you’re in the right place at the right time. When you finish, check-out and submit your timesheet through the app. Flexy then processes your timesheets to ensure you get paid quickly and securely whilst paying the right amount of tax. Payment is processed every week, two weeks in arrears.

• Working a long term assignment?

You can submit your timesheets daily or at the end of a week. When you’ve submitted your timesheets, they’ll be sent for approval before Flexy process your timesheets to ensure you get paid quickly and securely. Payment is processed every week, one week in arrears.
