HIIT workouts generally combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. The main difference between Zumba and aerobics is that Zumba refers to a mode of workout that incorporates aerobics with Latin dance movements, whereas aerobics is basically a planned workout on every part of your body individually.
