PILIA – digitales Coaching 簡介

PILIA is the name of the first digital coaching app from papilio AG. In cooperation with the University of Zurich, evidence-based coaching was created to support you in dealing with change. Whether in public transport, in the office or at home on the couch, digital coaching with PILIA is possible anywhere and at any time. The app can be used separately or in conjunction with existing coaching sessions and shows results in just a few minutes a day.
