The absence of a valid excuse for leaving it, as it is not obligatory for the one who cannot go to it as a passenger or carried, while if he is able to go to it even for a fare, it is obligatory on him, and it is not obligatory on the seat unless he finds someone to carry it.

It is not obligatory for the blind who cannot go to it by himself, or who does not find a guide for him to go to it, while if he has the ability to go to it himself or someone else, it is obligatory for him.

He should not be an old man who cannot go to it.

The absence of extreme heat and cold.

Not being afraid of the Sultan's injustice.

Not to fear for his money or honour, if losing it would be unfair to him.

Residency in the place where the Friday prayer is held, or he is residing in a place that is three and one-third miles away from the place where the Friday prayer is held.
