Jobstory 簡介

Jobstory is the 1st application 100% dedicated to video recruitments. Recruiters can post their job offers by adding 5 questions of their choice for candidates. Candidates consult the offers and apply at any time by answering the 5 questions while filming themselves with their phone. The recruiter receives and views the applications in the form of stories and can thus select and contact the candidates of their choice. The candidates thus benefit from 5 minutes to convince the recruiter, without undergoing any form of discrimination related to an address, a name, a date of birth etc… The recruiter manages all of his recruitments in the application in a minimum of time .
