The Borger App 簡介

Internal communication system for messaging from a centralized location. This app is designed to be run by a single administrator who sends messages to a group of users. This is a one-way communication app which means is does not allow cross communication between users or back to the administrator.

The administrator will set up user accounts through a seperate administration system which then communicates to this app. The administrator provies rights to users of this app. This app will not work unless you are given rights to use it; rights are given by an administrator.
