QMS 簡介

The Omni LK QMS app helps the store staff manage queue at the stores .The customer is added to the queue for eye-checkup and gets a SMS stating the time at his number in the queue.

The features are easy to comprehend. Add a customer name and number to the queue with gender, mark him attend ,on-hold basis the customer arrives on time and take care of online appointments where the store manager asks for the preferred time from the customer on call.

This is an effective way to handle such situations especially on weekends.
