This app enables the recording of work, breaks and free time.

It is particularly suitable for everyone who regularly works in split shifts and has to keep time books.

It currently contains three working time models:

- flat-rate monthly hours

Very simple model for purely recording the working hours.

21 working days per month are assumed for the calculation of the flat-rate times of a day.

- the 7-day week ( default )

I used the collective employment contract to calculate the times

of the Swiss hospitality industry ( L-GAV ).

- the 6-day week

Only working days (Monday - Saturday) are taken into account when calculating the target hours

and Sun marked as a day off

- the 5-day week

Only working days (Monday - Friday) are taken into account when calculating the target hours

and Sat., Sun. marked as days off

Absences (vacation, sickness, accident, school, parental leave, etc.):

For these times it can be specified whether they

- should be deducted from the target hours (default setting)

- should be deducted from the working days (default setting)

- should be added to the working time as effective hours

- are to be added to the working time as flat-rate hours

the following applies here:

- if only one shift is entered, a whole day is calculated

- if working time is also entered, the difference between working time and target time is entered

- if two different absences are entered, half a day is calculated for each

Features:

- Management of working hours of several workstations

- Recording of working hours and free time in two partial shifts per working day

- Recording of location, expenses, distances traveled and daily notes (all optional)

- enter paid overtime (optional)

- weekly, monthly and yearly summaries

- Save and send these summaries as a CSV file or as a PDF file

- Backup database to phone memory/SD card

The open source version of "PDFjet" (www.pdfjet.com) is used to generate the PDF files.
