The ACT Guide App is a multifunctional tool for professionals who work on the basis of techniques from Positive Psychology. With this app you get a wealth of exercises, animations, games, videos and illustrations. You can send exercises and even entire sessions to all your clients, who, as long as they follow a program with you, can all use the app for free.

The app is made up of three parts: Training, the Playground, and an Education section.

Under Traningen you will find complete online training based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. You can give this as a gift to all your clients in support of your own program.

The Playground also offers a great world of all kinds of exercises, which you can send separately, but with which you can also build your own sessions.

And finally, the Education section gives you, as a professional, the opportunity to delve deeper, using articles, tutorials, you name it.
