The rules

In a normal staring contest, two people stare in each other’s eyes for as long as possible without blinking. The person who first laughs, blinks his eyes or turns his head looses the game. World record

The staring contest that led to the current Guinness World Record was held in Australia for charity and was won by Fergal “Eyesore” Fleming.
