  Honestly this is way too rough of a game even for an early access release. This managed to be disappointing with no expectations. The AI is the worst I've seen ever, they're simple-based aimbots with A-B pathing that lineup and stand still. The zombies all line-up in a line so headshots are extremely easy. All ranged enemies aimbot with no ballistic bullet calculations right away. Very N64/PS1-era AI. The UI looks like a 5$ game. See-through options separated by white bars. Hard to read at times like when you modify your gun. A buttload of the environments are UE4 free assets being spammed in empty rooms (lights, desks, phones, monitors, the random vehicules, etc.) I recognize the damn assets from the marketplace. Very low level of effort put in everything. Ultra disappointing. The Optimization: I get 90 fps with my 3080+5600Ryzen+32GBRam 3200Mhz rig WITH DLSS on, so I can't imagine other people's performance lol. The game is so raw that in the very first 3 seconds of gameplay I fell through the map and died. Then it happened again when I glitched through a door. But the most "Ouf" part: It says they're in BETA phase, not ALPHA. Says it in the top right corner. This means this is close to the real vision of the game. This is EXTREMELY problematic as it's rough as hell. This feels like a pre-Alpha game. Releasing this game, even in early access, with NO SCP WHATSOEVER is an unacceptable lack of content. Yes, there are no SCP in an SCP game. Honestly not worth the 20$ even when early access, this feels like a f2p game that people would ignore. I know I'm going to get a hate train from the fanboys of the series, but if I pay 20$ for a game I'm going to judge it as a 20$ game. And I wouldn't even play this for free tbh. This kind of sucks as I'm a huge fan of the SCP lore and SCP: Containment Breach. I'm not gonna wait years for this to "possibly finally realize its full potential" when SCP: Containment Breach Multiplayer is free and much more entertaining than this game.

  The actual character animations look and feel great, YOU CAN SEE YOUR LEGS! If you aim down, but this game is missing some core stuff that would make the player experience more immersive -The facility is too empty and quiet, (Needs more ambiance audio like an alert message from the facility AI reminding personnel to evacuate or that SCP XX-XX has escaped or there's been a containment breach, make it an objective to turn it off or make it sound every few minutes), The interiors also need to look like something happened there. some of them have this detail but most of the time you run into empty rooms with no wandering zombies around. -Zombies run in a straight line making it so easy to kill them, a good solution to this, is making a few of them limp so is harder to hit their head or make them jump towards the player. -Missing sound effects when interacting with computers, locked doors, the sound when you interact with the files is too low. Overall it needs to improve, the player animations feel like Beta, but everything else feels like pre-alpha. it has potential. I cannot recommend this game If you're looking for a replayable experience while you wait for updates

  Pros + I am really enjoying the graphics, realistic, smooth and look great (well done) + The gun-play is fluid and fun + Optimisation isnt too bad, I am running a GTX 1070ti at 1440p at high, runs great + The atmosphere is tense at times + Light gun customisation, sights, rail, grips Cons - Obviously it has bugs, that's understandable - The enemies just run in a straight line towards you in single file, not too hard to head shot them all - Very little content currently for the price you pay (its bare minimum) so the price is a little high in its current state - You dont pick your load out before you start, you have to find different weapons around the map What the developer should do: > Add in AI team mates > A progression system > Scatter the enemies more so they don't run in a straight line > Let the player choose their load-out 4/10 in its current state I recommend it as I want to support the developer due to the fact that I love the concept and am excited to see what the future brings here for this game

  Before leaving a review I usually play games for longer durations than my current play time in Pandemic at the moment that I'm writing this, but there's just so much negativity being reflected from the comments which made me decide to react. So the game is still a work in progress but the idea is somewhat genuine and the implementation is almost unique. The gameplay is solid and fluid; gunplay and movement feels like you're playing Tarkov but still has it's own simplistic design. Yes. there has been a rollback to alpha due to some difficulties but let's be honest; when was the last time you saw a dev confident enough to announce that their early access game does not deserve to be called Beta so they make a set back in their project voluntarily and roll back to Alpha?! I believe this game deserves attention and support, and is worth investing in, especially with this price tag, and I'm personally really curious and excited for the future of this game if the dev keeps at it and does not abandon the project before it is confirmed finished from the community. Definitely worth buying so if you're a zombie shooter survival fan do not hesitate anymore, grab it, play it, enjoy it and watch it grow even better (or at least hope it will!).

  Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef 1 cup cracker crumbs 1.25 teaspoons salt .25 teaspoon pepper 1 large egg 1 chopped onion .5 cup tomato sauce Binder: .75 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 cup water 2 tablespoons mustard 2 tablespoons vinegar Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, egg, onion and tomato sauce. Mix lightly. Shape into a loaf and place into baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, water, mustard and vinegar. Brush the loaf with your base/binding mixture. Place meat loaf in oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 min, basting the loaf occasionally with sauce. Let the loaf rest for approx. 10-15 min. Enjoy.

  In it's current state SCP: Pandemic is a pretty decent game 7/10. Of course it is still early access so any of the following criticism can easily be written off as early access bugs :) Pros: + Good range of testing and story allowing the player to learn about the game and get a good grip of the mechanics before hopping into any servers + Friendly EU servers + Very co-operative campaign gameplay + AMAZING GRAPHICS using DirectX12 (I have been playing on directX12 with Ultra graphics - RTX 3060) + Good use of physics making it stand out from the rest + Very user friendly GUI and is displayed well + So far very well constructed + A creative take on the SCP Foundation + Good road-map and good communication of updates Cons: - Can be buggy with missing textures or missing areas when loading in - Physics can be buggy with the gun clipping or getting caught in doors - Gun getting stuck meaning I am not accurate and can't shoot the Zombies/MTFs - For the single player aspect the Zombies deal a lot of damage as well as the MTFs - Not the most "Noob" friendly FPS - SCP-173 can get stuck in doorways or will try to only access doors ignoring the player Fixes I could recommend: - Try finding a way to scale the difficulty dependant on the number of players, think borderlands (I understand this may be more difficult but it is worth a look) - Try not having the gun as an actual physical object and have it overlay the view, this can remove clipping and not being accurate with shooting - Try not to overwhelm the game with physics, this can lead to less glitches with doors and less problems with Zombie corpses Overall the game is well thought out and of course will need development but as an early access game it is smart, creative and beautiful I would say it is worth perhaps £10 over the £15 but after a bit of work I would definitely recommend this game to friends.

  yeah there are some bugs but nothing can't be fixed with time and love, I liked the game a lot and I think it has potential, I hope devs listen to the players and make this game better.

  $20USD for this game is fairly rough given the state, that being said though, i do believe this game has great potential considering the story it follows is the SCP-5000 plot which (imo) is one of the best SCP tales. personally i'd suggest waiting another year before grabbing this though. its probably best to do a pro v con so PRO: - decent weapon customisation (more to come too) - SCP-5000 is an amazing story so its safe to say that the story will be great once its fully implemented. - the colour tone works really well for SCP - the firearms feel nice despite sounding like airsoft rifles - a coop SCP shooter is an amazing concept & this game implements it well. -SCP-173 is implemented well (despite the lack of supporting mechanics), its faster than CB & blends with the lighting well enough to easily cause fear CONS -173 is the only scp -no blinking mechanic so 173 isnt a threat - no classic key cards, every door is just a power switch somewhere else in the room. - linear level design - no ambient sound (ambient sounds is what made CB so scary to me) -game breaking bugs (falling through the ground) - lack of servers, im literally the only person running a dedicated server in Australia so anyone in OCE is basically forced to play on my server or make their own from scratch (which no one does because it requires port forwarding etc) - no proper save system, i died once to a foundation guard & then the game kept spawning me under the map which kills you & drained my remaining lives.. this caused the entire mission to fail and for me to lose an hour~ cause it sent me to the beginning of the entire game once i ran out of lives (3) - guns sound fairly underwhelming. i understand that games and movies generally over-hype the sound of firearms but this is the opposite, it sounds like an airsoft gun 90% of the time & all guns sound identical. -the AI is horrible, they take the shortest path to you no matter what, this means walking backwards and firing directly at their head is always going to be the best way to deal with every conflict, theres no dynamic feeling to the combat. the guards also have fkn aimbot, i got one tapped in under a second from across the canal by a guard who was walking through a door (like 200m away) using a m9. the devs have said that an AI overhaul is nearby though so i'll give this a pass for now. - lack of direction, as i said before the game has pretty linear level design, its mainly hallways or big open rooms with a lot of locked doors & one door that you're clearly meant to go to. however, at random parts of the game youll hit points where youll activate a switch but none of the doors in the room open which just leaves you sitting there thinking "is this a bug"? & the "objectives" screen doesnt hint at anything either. in reality the game wants you to back track like 4 rooms and back up some stairs to a room you previously cleared which now has a door open that you werent even aware you were trying to open.. the only reason im recommending this game is because the devs seem competent & it really feels like it has potential. in its current state though, wait for a sale OR waiting a year.

  even if this game dies and the devolopers give up...... its still pretty high quality for an scp game... and could be a good base for modding hopefully
