  Ok so if you are thinking about the Ultimate I would as it is the cheapest way by like $200 but if you are thinking about the VIP pass IDK if you plan on grinding out cars and trying to get the most money as possible through races go right ahead but in terms of the other things, the clothes are meh, the house is good but bad location, and I wasn't aware of the horn until I read the description in short, If you play the game lots yes if you play it occasionally then I wouldn't due to it being pricey.

  Not worth the money if you want to buy it separately, only get it in Ultimate Edition - That's a pretty good bonus

  I received it as a part of ultimate edition. Not worth the money if purchased separately, IMO. Adds only 3 cars (a van, one supercar and something in the middle, which can be bought from AH), a free house and wheelspins, credits, influence (everything you can get by just playing the game). Oh, and a crown next to your name. Sadly, my ultimate edition is bugged and only shows a less fancy, VIP crown.

  VIP Pass makes it easy for us to get extra credits, I recommend changing your difficulty setting to hard or higher as you can quickly upgrade a car or buy a car
