We know how hard it can be to set a training routine and actually stick to it, so we developed this app to support you:

- The app will tell you for how long you should pull IQoro each session

- Set reminders to start each session at a timing of your choice

- Track your reduced symptoms over time

- Helpful videos, an FAQ and customer support.

This app will help you keep to your IQoro training regime, and allow you to track symptom improvement. It is not a diagnostic tool. Consult your clinician for an opinion on your condition and do not deviate from your current prescription without approval from the prescriber.

EXERCISE NOW

Your daily friend that will help keep track of how long 10 seconds really is. Just press “Start now” and the app will tell you when to pull and when to rest. That way you will not overtrain your muscles by pulling for too long. This will help maximize your training.

SETTINGS - DURATION OF TREATMENT

Reduce your preferred training time down to less than 10 seconds. This can be useful if you’re new to IQoro and want to start slowly.

SETTINGS - EXERCISE REMINDER

The biggest problem with a new training regime is that it’s easy to forget about it as soon as something else starts distracting us. With this app, you’ll be able to set notifications that will remind you about training - at times that are convenient for you.

MY RESULTS

We all know how hard it can be to remember how something felt three months ago. That’s why it’s important to use this feature. Here you’ll be able to see how many times per day you’re training, fill in a self-test regularly and thus track your daily symptom improvements. This will give you a good overview of your progress over time - and you’ll notice how your symptoms aren’t as bad as before.
