If you have issues with anxiety or panic attacks, this is the perfect game app for you because it was built specifically to reduce the anxiety levels precursors to a panic attack.

The app contains 4 mini games, all specifically created to drive your attention and focus to the played game instead of the rising level of anxiety leading up to a potential panic attack.

Each game lasts for exactly 1 minute on a countdown and with each level you gain, the more focus and attention it requires in order to level up. At the end of each game, there's a 10 breathing in - breath out sessions which is suppose to cool you down and take you to a calm state of being after the 1 minute game rush.
