  Yeah I recommend this game, but just. It has many bugs, and in its current state you cannot win only lose. Some of the bugs will only be apparent if you understand nuclear engineering and physics. Others are much more obvious, especially if you understand basic engineering. This includes the lack of fuel replacement, or the bug the makes fixing wires impossible. If this is fixed, yeah this is a great little game. If these are not fixed soon though, do not buy or play.

  Interesting concept for sure and grounds for a good game. Unfortunately it's plagued with bugs currently and the dev seems to have gone MIA.

  If you enjoy a mostly laid back but not 100% accurate representation of a Nuclear Reactor then this is definitely the game for you. It doesn't have much in longevity, in my opinion. I find myself reverting to my "safety save" quite often and things are still buggy at times, but it is definitely a more satisfying experience for those who are interested.

  I really like this new version and it is getting updated regularly. If you like nuclear reactors and want a basic simulator of how to operate them that's more like a game, this is the best option currently available.

  Coming from a person who has at least an operating knowledge of nuclear reactors, this reactor is twitchy and like a wild stallion, unable to be tamed. Sure, you can start it up, but mysteriously the control rods will always overheat, and the steam generators will always mysteriously run dry. Also, coolant vanishes out of the entire system for some reason??? Ignoring the inability to actually control the reactor, the game's performance is terrible to say the least. Sure, FPS might be high, but the game hitches and stutters every few seconds which is really inconvenient when you're trying to balance the pressurizer heaters and suddenly your view teleports to staring at the AI assistant while your mouse has apparently jacked the whole system up. To say I'm disappointed in the game is an understatement. It could have been great, but the quality levels are pre-beta at best. To summarize - the core gameplay loop (controlling the reactor) is so twitchy that either you're SCRAMming every five minutes because the control rods got stupid hot for no reason, you're SCRAMming because the coolant is leaking into some mysterious vanishing pocket dimension, or you're trying to figure out what your mouse messed up the controls while your neck was broken by a mysterious force to look somewhere else.

  Game is pretty good and a good simulator that isnt too complex, graphics are meh, but its a game made by one person. Suggestions: -Different way of getting money, getting money via objectives is a little bit of annoying. -Time acceleration during reactor operation. Especially early on when you can't fully shutdown a reactor without upgrades it seems (ie more pumps and steam gens to transfer the heat away from the reactor), but time passes very slowly imo, I have like 11 hours or so and I havent had to do any maintenance stuff or even been able to shut down the reactor to fix the control rods. Learning curve: there is somewhat of a learning curve, but the the guides on steam are enough to get you to know how to turn it on Also is there any way to clearly see if the fuel needs to be changed? Im guessing the reactor will need to be continually adjusted to account for the fuel being less effective?

  A unique game, but very well done with the advanced mechanics. Needs some polishing, but totally enjoying it. Look forward to more content or handling events etc.
